Avatar: Tower Master

I saw multiple comments on the MC's attitude change and that is fair but remember that it has been over a year of the MC doing whatever he wants. A year of unmatched power he is getting a bit drunk on it as well as becoming a bit arrogant. Also, I forgot to include lightning generation as one of Iroh's skills, I have since fixed that.

POV Azula

"That arrogant bastard"

"Quiet Azula," My father said. 

"But father the disrespect" I was interrupted. 

"You will do nothing," he said with a sneer. 

Fear creeped up on me "Yes father" I said bowing. 

Currently father was bringing both of us to the entrance of the tower, despite his calm demeanor he was eager to gain more power. A rock suddenly flew past my head, looking to my right I saw some kids getting ready to throw another.

"You dare" I said starting to walk over but a hand landed on my shoulder. Looking back I saw my father's stern face. 

"Calm down Azula" he said as if he was disgusted "We need to enter the tower" 

Stepping back I followed him towards the large tower. Once we were near there was a line to get in. Stepping past the line we entered, ignoring the looks people were giving us. As we entered the tower the world seemed to flicker and suddenly we were standing inside. Looking ahead I could see the grass and trees then off in the distance we could see the end of the floor. 

[Welcome to the tower! Here you will be challenged more and more the higher you climb but with these challenges comes rewards. Nothing is out of bounds; you can become stronger and even learn mystical powers depending on your class choice. To look at your character sheet simply say "status" and it will appear, while you are inside the tower owner's territory you will be able to open your status and allocate status points but outside their territory you will be unable to access the status page but will retain your learned abilities. "Quickly check your status" Father commanded.

"What are your stats Azula?" my father asked. 

After informing him of the details of my status he had a slight smirk on his face.

"And your's father?" 

Giving me scowl I thought he would not answer but he gave me the information anyways.

"According to the reports at level ten we will acquire one of these abilities" father said. 

"Yes father" 

Walking forward, father looked towards the forest then got into a position readying his fist back. As he punched forward a large flame erupted from his fist, I had to take a step back as the flames engulfed the surrounding forest. As the fire burned, my father started laughing. 

This will be easier than I thought" he said "Azula" 

"Yes" I inquired. 

"I will meet you on the fifth floor where this so-called class stone is, if you can't make it there then I would hate to think what would happen" 

Hearing the edge in his voice I quickly answered, "Yes father, I will make it there". 

"Good" he said as he walked off towards the forest. 

I did the same walking towards a different part of the forest I made myself ready to go through as fast as possible. As soon as I found these so-called monsters I started blasting my fire off at everyone I saw.

It took a few hours, but I did make it to the fifth floor though I was two levels short.

"Hey kid" 

Turning around I saw a man standing there with a spear. 

"What" I said venomously. 

"Woah, calm down I was just gonna say if you're trying to level your going about it the wrong way" he said. 

"What? Who are you" I questioned. 

"I am He Tun, and I was the first person in the tower" 

Swallowing my retort, I asked through barely contained annoyance "What would you recommend" 

"There is a dungeon over there" he said pointing to his left "It will provide some items as well as experience" 

Ignoring him I made my way to where he was pointing, eventually coming up to a cave. Entering, I got a notification. 

[Dungeon: Frog den]

[Rewards: weak health potion, 80 XP]

Walking further into the dungeon I spotted a strange green frog and quickly dispatched it.

"Hmm, the monsters here give more XP" 

Throwing fire around I made my way through the dungeon, one by one these creatures died at my hand. 

[Level up]

Soon enough I made it to the boss monster. It was larger than I was, almost as tall as my father. Like the other frogs, its skin was green with blue dot's running down its back. 

"This will be…" I jumped out of the way as a pink tung slammed into the wall behind me. 

Turning back around with anger fueling my fire I punched out two fingers towards the creature. Blue flames flew from my fingertips hitting it right on, though it did not die. A cruel back and forth began where it would jump or throw its tongue at me while I would launch fire at it. This went on for a while till I finally had enough of it. 

Using my fire, I made a wall of flames in front of me stopping it from attacking for a second. 

"Fine, take this" 

Bringing two fingers to my abdomen In a circular fashion I brought it above my head then to the side, then I did the same with the other hand in the opposite direction. As lightning began to crackle I touched the tips of both fingers to one another then pushed out one hand forward while the other went back. Lightning jumped from my hand hitting the frog head on. 

[Level up]

"Finally" 

Picking up the vile of red liquid I made my way out of the dungeon and over to the black stone I had seen before. When I arrived I already found my father there with an angry expression. 

Quickly running up to him I asked 'What is it father" 

"Just put your hand on the stone and let's leave," father said harshly. 

Nodding, I placed my hand on the stone getting the notification.

Heat resistance: This ability allows you to stand more intense heat making your body harder to burn.

Heat sense: This ability allows you to feel the heat around you even the heat of the people near you for a time. 

Intense flames: This ability increases the intensity of your flames allowing you to do increased damage. 

Turning my head, I asked "What did you chose father" 

"Choose heat sense" he commanded, not answering my question. 

[Heat sense chosen] 

"Let's go," Father commanded. 

"What is wrong father?" I inquired. 

Turning back to me he started yelling "This tower grants power, real power. All controlled by one man, my spies tell me he can take people power away no matter how strong they became" 

Startled, I took a step back. 

"We need this power for the fire nation, not just to use but to own. We need that man on our side no matter what" 

"I will have some treasures brought from the capital" 

"Stupid girl. He can literally create whatever he wants out of material possessions that have no interest to him. We need to give him something that no other nation can give him" 

"What do you mean father" 

"We need to make the fire nation his home, a place that he considers to be his home. But how to do that" 

Stopping his rant he looked directly at me, though it seemed he was more looking through me then at me. He had the look in his eyes when he figured out a 'suitable' solution. 

"I think I have a solution to that" he said with a widening grin.
