FOUND YOU IN MY NIGHTMARES

" Tell us everything, did the plan work? Did you sleep in the same house as the hot Mafia?" Matt asked non stop.

" Hot Mafia? You want me to tell Alex of your new crush," Lexy threatened playfully.

" Come down baby girl, it's not that deep, I'm just curious," Matt said.

" No he didn't stay and I don't think it happend, I don't think that the dreams get to happen when I meet someone but something weird happened, I dreamt of her again but this time she died in a different way," I said.

Up until now I've only dreamt of someone once but this was weird. In my first dream she had died through an explosion and now through some kind of poisoning. But why didn't she die through the explosion.

" I have to find out what happened and why my dream didn't come true, we have to find Miles' mother," I said and the gang agreed to help.

Matt invited Alex who came with Phoebe, who after hearing everything from Matt decided to join the quest.

" You saved my life now I want to help other people to, so who's next," Phoebe said.

" Wait I thought you couldn't recognize the people in your dreams," Alex asked curiously.

Alex did make me curious about something, all this time I couldn't recognize people I dreamt of, what was so special about this particular woman.

" I know Miles' mother personally, she and my grandma are besties, she's having an invite only get together and guess who got an invite," Phoebe announced proudly.

Parties wasn't really my type of jam, I didn't enjoy seeing a lot of people in one place and now that I started having this dreams, there was at least a possibility of recognizing someone at the party. The last thing we needed was another dream case.

" Us in suits and classy dresses, didn't see that coming," Matt said.

" Thenks for the invite and joining our crazy adventure," Lexy said to Phoebe.

" Thenks for welcoming me, I didn't have many friends here anyway," Phoebe responded nicely.

" I'm just happy to have another girl in the group, Lexy has been stuck with us that she started acting as one of the boys," Matt teased.

" I'm curious, what did you call Miles again," Lexy threatened playfully.

" It's nothing, Lexy it's nothing right," Matt said and we all couldn't stop smiling.

Seeing Matt and Alex relationship made me realize how beautiful love was. Since I had always been sick I really didn't have time to date but come to think of it, nothing was really stopping me from doing that but I guess maybe the dreams, not everyone could be so accepting of me able to dream of how people die. I guess I was so lucky to have Matt and Lexy and now Alex and Phoebe.

" My dear I didn't realize you were back in the country, how is Europe," Miles' mother said as we all walked into the party.

" I wanted to surprise you and I brought some friends with me, hope you don't mind," Phoebe greeted as we all slightly bowed out of respect.

" You are Don's son, Dew right," she asked after noticing me.

" Sorry for the intrution, " I politely responded.

" Nonsense, y'all are very welcome, hope you enjoy the party, you have to excuse me, I have to welcome the guest," she said .

" There are a lot of people here, how will we prevent her from dying, it's not like we can follow her the whole night," Phoebe said.

" Wait, didn't Dew say that she died from some form of poisoning, it suddenly makes sense, a party like this is easy for someone to poison either her drink or food," Lexy put across.

Lexy was right, at a party like this it would be hard for us to find out who wanted to kill her, it could be anyone and it was also hard for us to figure out how she would consume the poison.

" We have to spread out, it will be easy for some of us to follow her and some to find out who wants or is how they are going to poison her," Alex suggest.

" Woah, y'all isn't my baby the smartest, I'm a lucky guy y'all," Matt praised kissing Alex's chicks.

We all decided to spread out, Phoebe and Lexy to keep an eye on Miles' mother, Matt and Alex to find possible suspects and I to try and find out who had a grudge with her but was suddenly interrupted.

" If I didn't know better I would think you were following me, Nong Dew," Miles said when I bumped into him.

" Following you! Why would I follow you?" I asked.

" Are you saying it's a coincidence, first the construction site, then at the accident, the hospital, your house and now here, are you a fan of mine, Nong Dew," Miles responded with a smirk on his face.

" Of cause you would see me at my house and I was invited to the party, so don't be so full of yourself," I responded but it suddenly hit me did he say construction site?, " we never met at the construction site and what accident are you talking about,"

" I was there when your friend got hurt and the road accident with the bike and the truck, I saw you there too, trouble seems to have a thing for you, not to mention that one of my cars got attacked when they passed the road you warned me about," Miles explained and all I could do was look at him all confused.

" Will you believe me when I tell you that someone is planning to kill your mother, I believe he or she will poison her, I know you won't believe me but...."

" I believe you, I'll send my people to check up on her," he said after intrupting me, I really didn't expect him to believe me that easyly.

After going our separate ways, I decided to look for the others so I could find out what they had gathered, suddenly with Miles helping I felt some type of relief.

" Wait so the Mafia boss just agreed to help you, just like that," Matt questioned after I told them everything.

" I mean I get it's his mother, and with his line of work it might not be the first time," Lexy responded.

" Are you guys talking about Miles, what line of work are you guys talking about," Phoebe asked with a confused expression.

" I heard he is a mafia boss," Matt whispered to Phoebe.

" You guys are very imaginative, it's very cute but I can assure you he's not a Mafia boss, but just happens to look like one," Phoebe said.

" You seem to know him well, you guys must be close," Lexy responded and Phoebe nodded but as we were continuing our conversation we heard shouting and we saw blood and Miles mother on the ground, did this mean we had failed to save her.
