Hokage: I Am an Uchiha with the Power to Extract Entries

Chapter 9: Quickly Learn To Fly Thunder God, Shocking Minato

The system's interpretation of the Flying Thunder God Technique had changed:

[Flying Thunder God Technique Style (Green)]: A space-time Ninjutsu capable of precise coordinate movement.

The term "precise coordinate movement" caught Yuma's attention.

At first, it seemed no different from the general concept of moving to marked points using runes. Yet, there was something deeper.

"What's the difference?" Yuma muttered to himself. "Normal or precise, both involve teleporting to marked locations, right?"

Instead of dwelling on it, Yuma decided to experiment.

He knelt down and placed his palm firmly on the ground.

With a slight crackle, a three magatama mark, representing his Flying Thunder God technique, appeared on the yellow dirt.

Satisfied, Yuma leaped backward, landing on a tall tree about fifty meters away.

"Let's test this out!" His Sharingan glinted as Chakra surged around him, blowing his traditional black Uchiha robes in the wind.

Flash!

In an instant, Yuma teleported to the marked location, his form materializing over the seal he had placed earlier.

Yuma stood still for a moment, his eyes closed as he processed the sensation.

"I see now," he murmured. "Precision isn't about the placement of the mark… It's about the clarity of perception during teleportation."

With this newfound precision, the Flying Thunder God no longer felt sluggish or rough. It was seamless.

Though still in its experimental stage, the technique had become usable in practical scenarios.

Yuma couldn't hide his satisfaction. "This changes everything," he thought. "Even if I encounter an enemy beyond my abilities, I'll have a reliable escape route."

He glanced at the sky, realizing that his teammates would be arriving soon. After tidying himself up, he leaned against the base of a tree to rest.

During this month, Yuma's progress had been substantial. His fighting style was taking shape, and his foundational skills had grown stronger. He now had the ability to extract maximum value from his abilities, avoiding the fate of wasted potential.

More importantly, the Flying Thunder God had significantly improved his survival odds.

"Next," Yuma thought, "I need to focus on increasing my Chakra reserves and refining my Genjutsu. If I want to eliminate any weaknesses, I need to master all three ninja arts—Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu."

Arrival of the Team

Not long after, Yuma's teammates arrived at the training ground.

Kakashi, observing the scorched training area, remarked dryly, "You've been practicing hard as always, Yuma."

Obito, a step behind, looked around in surprise. "Wow, Yuma! You're already training this early?!" He clenched his fists. "Starting tomorrow, I'll work harder too!"

Yuma smiled but said nothing, while Rin giggled and encouraged Obito. "You can do it, Obito. After all, you're aiming to become Hokage! Now that we have Kakashi and Yuma-kun, two geniuses on the team, you have to keep up!"

"Of course, Rin! Just watch—I'll surpass everyone!" Obito declared with enthusiasm.

Unbeknownst to them, their sensei, Namikaze Minato, was quietly observing from the shadows. His sharp eyes caught sight of a strange mark on the ground.

He froze.

"That's the mark of the Flying Thunder God," Minato thought, his pupils shrinking. "And it's shaped like a three-magatama Sharingan…"

Minato's heart raced. "Yuma… You've learned this technique? In just one month?!"

As someone who had mastered the Flying Thunder God himself, Minato understood its complexity better than anyone. He had spent two months just getting the technique to function reliably.

"Not only has Yuma learned the basics, but he's also already put it into practice… His talent for space-time Ninjutsu is incredible!"

Minato felt a mix of pride and concern. "He's an Uchiha, but he's also my disciple. I'll make sure to guide him well, ensuring he doesn't stray from the Will of Fire."

With that thought, Minato stepped forward.

Whoosh!

The sound of rushing wind announced his arrival.

"My lovely students," Minato greeted with a warm smile. "Good morning. Starting today, we'll be taking on C-rank missions."

The team froze for a moment before Obito exploded with excitement.

"Finally! No more D-rank missions!" he cheered.

"Mo~ Obito, calm down," Rin teased, though she was just as thrilled.

Yuma and Kakashi exchanged knowing smiles. Having just returned from an intense mission a month ago, they saw the D-rank missions as a chance to train and regroup. Now, they were ready to move on.

Minato clapped his hands, bringing everyone's attention back to him.

"Our first C-rank mission is to escort a caravan to the Land of Tea," he explained. "The client has competitors within the country who might hire hostile ninjas to interfere. This mission will require focus and coordination."

Obito puffed out his chest. "Don't worry, Minato-sensei! With me leading the team, we'll finish this mission in no time!"

Rin giggled. "That's the spirit, Obito!"

Meanwhile, Yuma and Kakashi nodded confidently, their resolve clear in their eyes.

From a distance, a white-haired man with a mischievous grin observed the group.

Pointing at Minato, he said to the two figures beside him, "See that? My student, Minato, is already shaping the next generation. A true prodigy, don't you think?"

Tsunade sighed, and Orochimaru smirked but said nothing as they watched the new team set off.
