How the Creator God Was Made

Chapter 12: Chapter 12: Wang Yuanyuan

This was very likely. Fang Yuan didn't think it was because of the large size of the target. Previously, hundreds of chicks combined were not smaller in volume than a person, yet not even a tenth of a drop of the origin was produced.

"Could it be that intelligent life is what's most important to a world?" Fang Yuan speculated.

He didn't know what the Steel Ball World was extracting from dead lifeforms, but he certainly didn't believe that a mere mortal would contain a drop of origin.

"Perhaps this is just a unique function of the world," Fang Yuan concluded.

The next three days passed peacefully. During this time, three hundred days had elapsed in the Steel Ball World—nearly a year.

During this period, some fruit seeds buried in the ground finally sprouted and grew. Gradually, various peach, pear, and apple trees began to blossom.

The entire world was now filled with various fruits, so the four bodyguards no longer went hungry. However, eating fruit all the time wasn't feasible, so they still needed to eat raw fish.

During this time, the four of them also attempted to get honey. However, the bees bred by the queen bee, which had been strengthened by the origin, were extremely fierce. They stung viciously, and after several failed attempts, the four gave up.

The main issue was that the number of bees on each island had reached the millions. When they swarmed, the sheer sight of them was terrifying. If not for the bodyguards' strong nerves, they might have been scared to death.

All the chicks had grown up by now and had laid many eggs, hatching more chicks.

Now, the Steel Ball World had over a hundred chickens, which became a food source for the bodyguards. However, with no fire, the four were living a primitive lifestyle, eating raw meat and drinking blood.

The idea of starting a fire by rubbing sticks together had crossed their minds, but there weren't any dry trees available—how frustrating!

Fang Yuan also discovered that two of the bodyguards couldn't resist their desires and started engaging in physical intimacy, switching roles. The scene was unbearable to watch.

Meanwhile, the other two bodyguards, having nothing better to do after eating, would hide away to relieve themselves. This, too, was hard to look at.

"Should I find a woman for them?" Fang Yuan thought. Of course, it wasn't out of kindness. If humans could reproduce naturally in the Steel Ball World, he wouldn't have to bring more people in.

Otherwise, after these four aged and died, it would be troublesome again.

Surprisingly, over the past three days, the people from Phoenix Chicken Farm hadn't shown up, contrary to Fang Yuan's expectations.

That evening, Wang Lili came over to cook for Fang Yuan again. During dinner, Fang Yuan asked, "Lili, do you know about the Phoenix Chicken Farm?"

"You've seen the news too?" Wang Lili asked in surprise.

"What news?" Fang Yuan asked, puzzled.

"The Phoenix Chicken Farm! That farm is quite famous. I heard its original owner, Bai Feng, was the second young master of the Bai family in Beijing," Wang Lili explained.

Fang Yuan's interest was piqued. Beijing? No wonder they were so arrogant.

Feigning indifference, he asked, "The original owner?"

"It's said that Bai Feng fell ill, and now the owner is his younger brother, Bai Wen. But who knows? Those family matters are always complicated," Wang Lili replied, curling her lips.

Fang Yuan's expression turned odd. Bai Wen had really become the ultimate scapegoat.

After dinner, Fang Yuan had another intimate encounter with Wang Lili before sending her home.

When they parted, they kissed goodbye. Fang Yuan smiled and said, "I have a dream."

"What dream?" Wang Lili asked curiously.

"To do morning exercises every day when I wake up," Fang Yuan joked.

Wang Lili blushed. "You're so annoying! I thought you were being serious."

They embraced and kissed again.

At that moment, the door to Wang Lili's house opened, and a girl about fifteen or sixteen years old stepped out, catching them in the act. She stared in shock. "Sister…"

"Ah…"

Wang Lili was startled. She quickly pushed Fang Yuan away and glared at the girl. "Why aren't you in class? Why are you home?"

"It's the Mid-Autumn Festival! Of course, we get a holiday," the girl replied, confused.

"Oh, is that so? I've been so busy I forgot," Wang Lili said hurriedly, pulling the girl inside.

The girl was probably Wang Lili's younger sister. Wang Lili had mentioned having a younger sister before. Fang Yuan thought about getting out of the car to greet her but decided against it when Wang Lili didn't give him a chance.

Smiling to himself, he drove home.

The next day, Wang Lili messaged him: "I can't come over tonight; my parents are home. Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!"

"Happy Mid-Autumn Festival," Fang Yuan replied.

"Is it already the Mid-Autumn Festival?" Fang Yuan felt a pang of nostalgia. The Mid-Autumn Festival meant that National Day was just around the corner.

As a child, he had his parents to celebrate with. Now, he was alone.

That night, as Fang Yuan sat in his courtyard eating peaches from the Steel Ball World and gazing at the full moon, he suddenly sensed someone approaching. Looking up, he saw Wang Lili's younger sister.

"Hi, handsome! Spending the Mid-Autumn Festival alone? Remember me? I'm Wang Lili's sister, Wang Yuanyuan," she said cheerfully, walking over.

Wang Yuanyuan was just as attractive as Wang Lili, with a slender waist and a youthful charm that made her even more vibrant and adorable.

"Yuanyuan, have a seat," Fang Yuan said, quickly offering her his chair and fetching another for himself.

"Wow, how do you have fresh lychees here? And so many fresh fruits!" Yuanyuan exclaimed in surprise.

Lychees typically ripened in May or June, and now it was almost October. Even if they were available, they'd usually be preserved and far from fresh. But the lychees here looked freshly picked.

"Take whatever you like. They're all washed," Fang Yuan said with a smile, offering no explanation.

"Don't mind if I do!" Yuanyuan laughed, peeling a lychee. "It's so sweet and delicious! Where did you get these?"

"I grew them myself," Fang Yuan replied. Of course, he wouldn't reveal that they came from another world.

The fruits of the Steel Ball World, after countless cycles of purification, were entirely natural and unpolluted, making them taste far superior to anything from the outside world.

"Wow, I didn't know you could grow lychees!" Yuanyuan exclaimed. "By the way, what's your name?"

"Fang Yuan. Didn't your sister mention me?"

"Nope." Yuanyuan giggled. "How did you win my sister over?"

"Win her over? We're in a normal relationship," Fang Yuan said, exasperated.

"Normal relationship?" Yuanyuan smirked. "You don't know my sister…"

"What about my sister?"

"Oh, nothing. These fruits are so good!" Yuanyuan said, quickly changing the subject. "How did you meet my sister?"

"We were university classmates," Fang Yuan explained.

"Oh, I see," Yuanyuan said with a nod.

"Why do you sound suspicious?" Fang Yuan asked.

"Do I? You're overthinking it. It's getting late; I should go. Thanks for the fruits—they were delicious," Yuanyuan said, suddenly standing up and taking a few lychees with her.

Fang Yuan walked her to the door but didn't try to make her stay. After all, inviting his sister-in-law to spend the night wouldn't be appropriate.
