Jitsu -A different story-

The midday sun warmed the outside creating a perfect environment to go for a walk, but just at that moment, on some streets of the city, you could see a car where the protagonists of this story were.

Shizune was practically lying on the passenger seat, she felt the cold air hitting her skin because the heating was on making her feel even more comfortable. Her gaze was focused on the window watching the scenery go by and enjoying the moment, but it wasn't long before she turned to Kurono's figure.

She began to appreciate him a little, she looked totally focused and she didn't want to interrupt him, so she just looked at him silently while a warm smile appeared on her face.

"Is something wrong, Shizune-chan?" Kurono was able to notice Shizune's action. It was true that she was just looking at him while he was driving, but Kurono couldn't help but ask her that question making the silence from before beginning to disappear.

Shizune wasn't surprised that he realized what she was doing, and her response was exactly that.

"I was just looking at you for a bit…" Shizune's smile hadn't disappeared, which made her delicate features combined with it make her look more beautiful.

She kept doing that for a few more seconds, but as she searched through her memories of everything that had happened that day, something came to her mind and she had to satisfy her curiosity.

"Kurono-kun... Can I ask you something?" There was really no need to ask Kurono for permission, but she still had.

"Sure, ask anything." Kurono could feel that there was some hesitation in Shizune's voice, but he was also curious about what she would ask him.

"Well... Is it true what Kazumi-san said about you...?" Shizune asked the question not very directly, but Kurono didn't need to think too much about it to know what she was referring to.

"Ah... Yes, it's true. You are my first couple, Shizune-chan." Kurono said that without any problem, it didn't bother him in any way, on the contrary, he felt very lucky to have Shizune with him now.

Shizune had heard it before, but she wanted to be sure of it. She found this strange as she didn't understand how it was possible that someone couldn't see the wonderful person that Kurono was. She wouldn't even have found it strange if Kurono had many girlfriends before her... But at the same time, she felt proud that it seemed to be the first that had truly captured his heart.

That conversation between the two was not going to end there, Kurono had more to say and Shizune listened carefully since it was something important that Kurono wanted to convey to her.

"You may feel that it is something strange, but for a long time I had no interest in having a relationship, you already know something about my past... So let me explain." Maybe that was not the best time for that conversation, but it wouldn't be long before they reached Kurono's house. "First of all, I obviously had an interest in girls and all that during my youth, but I had bad experiences with it and it was kind of hard for me, also it wasn't long before I started to become independent and I could claim the inheritance left by my parents, so I had to focus on the present and continuously move forward in society."

Shizune couldn't imagine all that or how much Kurono experienced, but she still felt some of the seriousness in his voice.

"To sum it all up, for many years I was focused on working and developing myself as a person. When I started my company it was the same situation, I remember spending days when I didn't even have the opportunity to sleep or eat well, basically, I didn't have time for anything." Kurono said all that while many memories came to his mind. "I always thought that it wouldn't make sense for me to pursue a relationship since at that time I wouldn't be able to provide enough attention on my part that someone else needed to make it all work, so I told myself I'd refrain from all of that… Kazumi-nee rebuked me many times about my decision, although in the end, I think she got tired as I was so stubborn."

Shizune didn't find that strange since Kazumi was that kind of person.

"So... Yes, it hasn't been long since I was finally able to put my life in order and know how to separate work from my free time, although you can tell that it was many years that I went by without changing my way of life... The idea of ​​having a couple again had appeared in my head, and I don't know if I should use the term fate, but you just appeared in my life at that time, Shizune-chan." Now it was Kurono who had a sincere smile on his face, plus he looked totally happy.

There was no problem at that moment since Kurono had just parked the car indicating that they had finally arrived. Shizune was caught by Kurono's smile as well as a small blush of happiness appearing on her as she also felt lucky to have met Kurono.

The atmosphere was perfect and it didn't take long before Kurono approached Shizune so that later they both felt how their lips met to experience each other's warmth and feelings.

It wasn't long before they parted ways, now Kurono was stroking Shizune's cheek a bit as she touched his hand as well and a kind look came over her face. That moment could last much longer, but they both knew they couldn't stay in the car forever.

Kurono had not lost the habit of going down first and then opening the door for Shizune and helping her out. It was a small gesture on his part, but Shizune appreciated this very much.

"Hehe, thanks for your help, Kurono-kun." Kurono just nodded without saying anything. He didn't let go of Shizune's hand after helping her out of it, so you could see how they both walked towards the entrance holding hands.

It hadn't been long after they entered Kurono's house. As it was obvious, the physical and energy exhaustion had made the appetite come to them, Shizune offered to cook again and Kurono didn't refuse this time since she seemed excited.

Now Shizune was happily cooking something that she thought was healthy and would be enough for both of them to enjoy, she was even humming a little tune making the atmosphere livelier even though she was alone. She hadn't allowed Kurono to get close, so she had forced him to wait quietly on the sofa.

She could enjoy the aroma of the food at its exact point as well as taste it a bit to make sure it was okay. She was quite focused on it since Shizune was quite proud when it came to cooking and considered it one of her talents, but while as she did so, a fleeting thought flashed through her mind.

'Mmm… It can't be, right…? Perhaps… If I am Kurono-kun's first couple, does that mean I was also his first…?' That didn't leave her mind for a while, it was also enough to make her blush, but she had to snap back to reality the moment she realized the food was about to go bad.
