Jitsu -A different story-

Although not even the passage of time could be felt at that moment, it was obvious that it would continue to move forward. Both Shizune and Kurono had enjoyed a delicious meal and Kurono was quick to praise Shizune for it, making her happy at his words.

Now they were sitting quietly on the living room sofa just enjoying each other's company and resting while they looked for something that caught their attention on the television, but that wasn't enough to keep them from chatting with each other.

"So Rena-san and Akio-kun will be back the day after tomorrow?" Kurono asked after thinking that their trip would last three full days.

"Yes, I'm sure they took advantage of all the time to have fun. In addition to the inn, Rena also told me that there are enough tourist spots nearby, so I don't think they'll get bored." Shizune laughed a little remembering the emotion with which Rena told her all that.

"Hmm... That means we only have today and tomorrow left... I'm really sorry that I left you alone all day yesterday, Shizune-chan." Kurono wanted to apologize again since he had promised her that he would be with her all the time.

"Don't worry about it, Kurono-kun. At least it seems that today and tomorrow we can spend all day together, isn't it?" The smile that Shizune showed at that moment was full of happiness and this made Kurono put all those silly thoughts out of his head before hugging Shizune by her shoulder and bringing her a little closer to him.

Shizune did not refuse this and she got as close to Kurono as she could while a small laugh came out of her. It could be said that this was one of the special moments between them, just the combination of warm feelings accompanied by the relaxing atmosphere made there no need for them to worry about anything else.

It only mattered about the person who was by their side and the feelings they felt for each other, it was a feeling that most people could experience at some point in their life, even if it was not in the same way, but it was obvious that that moment it was quite special and pure.

After they enjoyed that moment and more hours passed, Shizune and Kurono spent some time talking about many things or just flirting with each other without any impediment. In the end, the light from outside had taken on the orange hue of sunset that had quickly turned into dim darkness.

Kurono had thought about it carefully and simply decided to invite Shizune to dinner. She accepted without any problem as Shizune always considered those moments as small dates since Kurono actually acted as if they were.

He always treated her very well, pampered her enough, and prepared little surprises for her, and this time was no different. They went to a restaurant that was not too extravagant where the food was just as delicious. Kurono took Shizune for a walk to see the nightlife of the city, and they even took the opportunity to go shopping as there were some things that Kurono wanted to buy, besides, there were missing ingredients in the fridge, so Shizune helped him choose everything that she thought was perfect.

Although Kurono didn't waste any time either, after buying all that, he took Shizune to a clothing store since the place they were in was a mall, and luckily there were still many stores open.

At first, Shizune didn't know whether to accept, but she had already learned that all of this was not an inconvenience for Kurono, so this was another of her signs of affection for her and she was not going to refuse.

They entered one of the stores where an employee quickly attended to them. Shizune didn't know what to say at the time, but after thinking about it for a bit, she asked the shop assistant if she could show her the sportswear section. Kazumi had already given her the clothes that she had previously lent her as a gift, but she thought it was a good idea to have more clothes to wear.

It wasn't long before the shop assistant took Shizune to the area where the clothes she was looking for were, as well as recommended some of them. Kurono just remained silent at that moment since he didn't have much to say, besides that he felt somewhat out of place in that type of store.

Shizune looked through the recommendations and took the ones that caught her eye as well as some that she had seen for herself. There was a changing room in the store, so it was perfect for her to try on what she had chosen.

After that, a cycle was presented where Shizune wore one of the clothing sets and then showed herself to Kurono, making her listen to the praise that came out of him, although there were also moments when Kurono was not convinced by clothing.

In the end, and after thinking about it for a long time, Shizune finally chose a pair of clothes that didn't differ much from the one Kazumi had given her, again she had chosen leggings, but now black, while she had opted for a blue sports blouse that did cover her abdomen.

Kurono took it upon himself to pay for everything, Shizune was clearly happy, and seeing her warm smile was enough for him at that moment. At first, Kurono had thought that she would even tell Shizune to pick out something else besides sportswear, but, after realizing that they had been in the store for a little over half an hour just for her to pick out something, he had to subconsciously throw that idea deep in his mind.

That little adventure had ended leaving more happy memories for Shizune and once again, they had arrived and entered Kurono's house. It still wasn't too late, besides they had already had dinner, so Kurono told Shizune that he would take care of storing everything they had bought.

Shizune told him that she would help him, but he refused, telling her to rest a bit... She wanted to tell him that she really wouldn't have a problem with that, but right then, an idea came to her mind and made her get a little anxious.

She ended up accepting Kurono's words and told him that she would wait for him in the room. Kurono just nodded before walking into the kitchen with all the shopping bags.

Shizune could now be seen to be in the second-floor bathroom as she stared at herself in the mirror and her thoughts could be clearly heard in her head.

'Okay, concentrate, Shizune… Yes, I indeed brought it, but I didn't have that purpose, it's actually very comfortable to sleep with and I didn't think that Kurono would ask me to sleep in the same room. I thought that I wouldn't be able to use it anymore, but… Kurono said that it was disappointing not can see me like this… This is no time to hesitate!' Shizune's determination had blossomed again. She was now sure that she would not fail this time, it seemed that everything had lined up for this moment, so she was going to make the most of it.

Kurono realized that he was done with everything, Shizune hadn't come back to look for him, so he supposed that she would possibly be in the room waiting for him to go to sleep, so he walked up the stairs until he entered his room to find it empty.

The only idea that entered his mind was that Shizune had gone to the bathroom, so he just sat on the edge of the bed while letting out a sigh. That day had been somewhat lively, and he was also calm that Shizune and Kazumi got along quite well. He had been thinking about how to introduce them for a long time, so Shizune's idea fit perfectly into his plans.

Everything had gone well in his opinion, so he was quite at peace. It didn't take long before he heard the door to the room being opened again, obviously, the person responsible for that was Shizune and Kurono turned his eyes in her direction to receive her, but at that moment he realized something as he said it in his mind calmly.

'I guess… I guess bedtime is still quite far away.'
