Jitsu -A different story-

"Is something wrong, Rena?" Akio's voice was heard at that moment, the question was obviously addressed to Rena since he felt that she was acting strangely, but what he managed to hear later made him shake his head as he did not understand what she was referring to.

"I feel... Defeated..." Yes, no one but her understood what she was experiencing or the reason for her words, but her gaze moved every second between her and what was a short distance from her place

And that something was specifically the duo of beautiful women who had a figure that would be the envy of many. One of them couldn't be more familiar to Rena since was her mother, while the other was the friend that Shizune had just introduced her to a few moments ago.

The place where that scene was taking place was specifically the dining room of the apartment where Shizune lived with Rena and Akio, and in short, Kurono and Kazumi were there too.

Shizune took it upon herself to introduce Kazumi to Rena and Akio, there was nothing spectacular to mention about that interaction, but Shizune was so happy that she ran to the kitchen to get everything ready as soon as possible.

Rena had dragged Kazumi with her to talk about many things related to Shizune, also to get to know her better, it was then that she discovered the relationship she had with Kurono, besides that Kazumi had no qualms about talking about her preferences, but that it only made Rena more interested.

Akio also introduced himself, although he felt somewhat threatened since Rena looked at him in an incredibly careful way whenever he set his sights on Kazumi, so he opted instead to accompany Kurono and talk while everyone could hear a cheerful humming come from the kitchen.

So, coming back to the present, in addition to the nice dinner that was taking place, everyone's attention was caught by Rena's action.

"Bam!" And that sound was produced when her hand slammed into the table at the same time her voice was heard by everyone.

"I've already decided. When I'm past my pregnancy I'll start going to the gym too!" Rena's eyes seemed to be on fire once she made that statement, and she had come to that conclusion after much thought.

She was one of the first to be aware of the effort Shizune had put in all these months and the changes her figure had undergone thanks to exercising. It was pretty clear to Rena that Shizune had a natural beauty, and despite not doing anything special, her figure was incredibly attractive, but after getting into the world of fitness, that had only made it all stand out even more.

Rena was aware that she had obtained very good genes from her mother, but even so, she couldn't help but feel a little envious and amazed at the changes that Shizune had undergone, even once she was about to recommend that she try to become a model, but deep down he knew she wouldn't accept that.

The decision she had made was triggered by all of that, but it wouldn't start right away as it was impossible for her, and the reason for that was quite remarkable once you saw the size of her belly now that the six months of pregnancy had made his work.

"I like that determination! I promise I'll guide you when the time comes, Rena-san. Maybe not just in exercise… Agh!" And before Kazumi started with her typical jokes, she felt Kurono hit her head to control her.

That itself made everyone laugh in unison, though Rena thanked Kazumi for her words.

"Anyway, I must say that I am incredibly sorry that I didn't accept Shizune's invitation sooner, all this is a delight!" Kazumi abruptly changed the subject saying what was on her mind at that moment as she brought more food to her mouth and touched her cheek indicating the pleasure on her palate, and Shizune happily thanked her for the praise.

Shizune had prepared enough food for two families to be completely satisfied, but now there was hardly any left on the plates.

Kazumi enjoyed all of that and she had to say that she didn't feel left out in any way or uncomfortable, although she also had her own thoughts.

For her, although Shizune and Rena were somewhat different in terms of their attitude, both complemented each other very well and it was undeniable say that they were mother and daughter, and as for Akio, she felt that Rena had him quite controlled, and that was something that she could admire.

"So that's how it all started, mom had already told me but it's good to hear another point of view, she had never mentioned all the times she fell off the treadmill or misused the gym equipment." Rena was talking to herself once she heard the whole story told by Kazumi.

And at the same time, her words only made Shizune more embarrassed, making almost everyone present laugh again. It could be said that it was a nice night and that Kazumi was able to get to know Shizune a little more regarding her family, but she knew that she couldn't stay long.

"So fast?" Shizune asked that question after Kazumi gave thanks for the food and showed his intention to leave.

"Yes, today I could not leave anyone in charge and I myself have to go to evaluate and finish some things in the gym, I would indeed like to stay longer to chat, besides that the dinner was incredibly delicious, but I should better go." Kazumi didn't want to make Shizune feel bad, but at least she had kept her promise.

"If that's the case, let me take you back." Kurono quickly offered to serve as a transport for her, which Kazumi appreciated.

Saying that, Kazumi also said goodbye to both Rena and Akio, and Rena told her that she could come to visit whenever she wanted. Kazumi was about to walk out the front door, but before that, she asked Rena if she could touch her belly since it was an idea that had been in her head all night.

Rena had no problem with that, and after a rather funny scene was generated where Kazumi was surprised by Rena's belly, she finally came out accompanied by Kurono, but Shizune also wanted to follow them at that time.

"Aww… Well, I guess I'll accept Shizune's dinner invitations more often." Kazumi was quite comfortable in the backseat of Kurono's car, after dinner she had given her some sleep, but she knew that this was not the time for that.

"Hehe, I'll make sure to invite you more often." Shizune was still quite cheerful after hearing her.

"That would be great, but only do it if it's a family dinner, I'm still pretty adamant about not wanting to interrupt your time together, you probably don't even sleep after dinner, so I don't want to get involved in that…" Kazumi was just hinting at things, but the silence inside the car was quite strange since both Kurono and Shizune didn't say anything after that as they were busy with their own thoughts.

In the end, they arrived back at the gym and Kazumi said goodbye to both of them once they told her to be careful when she came back. Now there was only Kurono and Shizune alone at the time, and there were actually some things they wanted to talk about...
