A sharp and cold baritone echoed in the garage of one prestigious hotel.

The air was heavy with a powerful aura and even the surrounding void trembled at the unfathomable force.

"Please Carlos, don't do this to me. I love you, I love you with the depth of my heart."

The man, Carlos frowned.

"See, that's the problem I have with you ladies. You clearly behave as if you understand something but you don't. When I told you six months ago that I don't do love, what did you think? That I was joking? You clearly signed the contract, or were you blind to not see what's written within? You're definitely an educated lady, well disciplined, you can actually read. You can't tell me that you did not understand what was written on the contract. Fine, since you don't understand, I'll read it out for you!"

Carlos gestured with his fingers and two extremely powerful body guards stepped forward. One held a black briefcase, while the other opened it, taking out a paper which was well perforated and binded.

The man flipped the pages and read out.

"This is a contract signed between Jennifer Lawrence and Carlos Bill on the journey of a lifetime relationship. This relationship is to actually pass some time and not because both partners actually want it..."

There was a moment of pause before the man continue.

"This is a relationship that is brought together by a deal, and for the relationship to stay firm, the lady must do anything else except, asking for love. The day that happens, the contract becomes null and void."

Carlos flicked his fingers and the body guard understood.

He flipped over towards Jennifer Lawrence's statement.

"I, Jennifer Lawrence promise not to demand for love from my partner, the day I do, I am ready to leave his life for good."

Carlos eyes gleamed with delight.

"Your words not mine, you actually read the contract, you also pledged and now, you're actually giving me this bullshit? It's over between us!"

Jennifer Lawrence suddenly felt as if her whole world was crumbling before her eyes. "No, please, please don't do this to me, please spare my heart of this heart break, don't be heartless please."

Carlos eyes instantly grew cold that it was chilling.

"Yes I am heartless, you actually deserve an ice-cold heart break that would eventually leave you crippled for the rest of your life."

Carlos moved from one end of his vehicle to another, he stared deeply at Jennifer's teary eyes. "I clearly warned you didn't i? You pitiful girls only do what you like. I mean, yeah you've actually seen the man of your dreams and you must do everything possible to make him remain yours even if it means violating the rules that shattered the contract. It is all your fault, not mine."

Jennifer was suddenly enraged. "You can't tell me that you will abandon me after you've slept with me countless times."

"Thrice," Carlos corrected.

Jennifer's voice softened after this. "We've been through a lot, we shared everything together, why treat me this way? Why reject my love? Why?"

She cupped his cheeks as she warmly caressed it.

However Carlos grabbed her hand, he had almost crushed it with one squeeze, but he controlled himself.

A lady in blue lilac dress walked down into the garage. She had messy black hair and beautiful icy blue eyes. However she froze as she saw a powerful man push a lady away from him, that she fell to the floor crying seriously.

"Oh my, what a jerk!" She said and hid behind one of the black vehicles as she observed the scene.

"This trick of yours would not work! I've seen many tricks already, you claim you love me, yet you want to apply the midnight poison on my face. Despicable!"

There was a purple powder that was smeared on his face after he had pushed her away, his eyes glaring coldly at her.

Jennifer begged and begged until she was assisted by the two body guards where she is far away from Carlos so she would not be able to cause any damages.

The petite girl hid behind the black vehicle, her back pressed against it, her breath held tight.

She reached out to dust the speck of purple powdered substance on his cheeks but he grabbed her hand mid air.

"Don't, midnight poison is very dangerous."

Her eyes shone with confusion and sensing her confusion, he said: "It's dangerous for you and not for me, I can handle it. Your actually just a petite little lamb."

He eyed her once more and immediately, he lost complete interest.

"Go home little lamb."

With that, he turned to leave however she stopped him, curiosity in her eyes.

"Is it possible to fill in the spot left behind by Jennifer Lawrence?"

The man was suddenly amused.

"You want to become my contract girlfriend?"
