Naruto : Sequence 0 Visionary

Staring at the towering white stone monument rising hundreds of meters above the deep ocean, Adam's pupils trembled. A deep, soul-stirring sensation seemed to draw him closer, as if something was urging him to approach.

In his mind, a voice seemed to echo.

"Claim it!"

"Take it!!"

"Replace Him…"

"Then… become Him…"

With that, Adam's expression grew hollow, as if controlled by some force. He walked, step by step, toward the stone monument.

The ocean, which held countless secrets, suddenly parted, as if parted by Moses in the Red Sea, revealing a path that led straight to the monument.

However, just as his left foot was about to step into the deep ocean, his spiritual senses suddenly triggered a warning.

Deep within his subconscious ocean, a flash of lightning split the sky.

Boom! Boom!

It was like a catastrophic storm of the mind, mixed with roaring waves, unleashing a thunderous roar that shook the very ground. The island of consciousness seemed to be on the verge of collapsing under the terrifying shock!

The intense spiritual shock forcibly woke Adam.

Standing at the edge of the deep ocean, Adam's mind cleared. His golden eyes were bloodshot, his breath was weak, and he coughed up blood a few times, muttering, "Tch... lucky I prepared in advance. This is just a 'Virtual Persona.' If it had been the real me, I'd be finished."

Although Beyonders of Spectator Pathway were not as capable of preserving life as the 'Three Coward Sequences,' they excelled in subtlety and secrecy, especially in the case of Uchiha Sogetsu, who made the art of survival almost an art form!

Whenever danger arose, the 'Virtual Persona' took over. After the last lesson from Otsutsuki Isshiki, Adam became even more cautious.

This time, it was still the Virtual Persona, Adam.

The Chaos Sea, also known as the Source Essence (Sefirah), is one of the necessary "elements" left behind after the Original Creator split. It is essential for breaking through Sequence 0 and reaching the Above the Sequence, the Great Old Ones.

There are nine portions of Source Essence. Whether they are nations formed from a part of the Creator's body or objects created by the Creator is unknown. The exact nature of the Source Essence remains unclear.

However, Source Essence also follows the Law of Beyonder Characteristics Convergence.

Once the Source Essence gathers, it becomes impossible to resist its separation. Gaining a deeper understanding of the Source Essence inevitably leads to reverse contamination.

This is the greatest law in the world of The Lord of the Mysteries.

Anything that converges must eventually separate, and anything that separates must eventually converge.

The Potion System in this world doesn't follow the same logic as other fantasy stories. It's not about accumulating enough resources and then having a breakthrough that makes one unbeatable. 

If that's the path one takes, it will lead to death.

The higher a Beyonder's Sequence, the closer they are to the Original Creator. Once they break through a critical point, the Law of Beyonder Characteristics Convergence within their body takes over. 

This forces them to uncontrollably absorb more Beyonder characteristics, ultimately leading to another separation.

Even the strongest pillars of the Great Old One, such as Lord of Mysteries and The God Almighty, cannot escape the Law of Beyonder Characteristics Convergence.

So, for Uchiha Sogetsu at this moment, these two figures aren't exactly anything to be afraid of!

"Fragmented Source Essence?!" 

Adam frowned, showing surprise. "That shouldn't be possible. Under normal circumstances, the Source Essence cannot be divided, unless... was it torn apart by the Original Creator?"

But the problem is... where does the "origin" come from in the Naruto world?!

More questions popped up, and Adam frowned, a vague thought forming in his mind—perhaps the answer he wanted was in the "Starry Sky!"

"Forget it, these problems are better left for the main body to deal with. What does it have to do with me?" 

Adam chuckled lightly, tossing the thoughts from his mind. He gazed at the Chaos Sea and the Blasphemy Slate, taking a deep breath before saying, "Anyway, I'm just here to explore. Since I'm here, I might as well go in and take a look."

He stepped into the Chaos Sea.

The deep, dark waters felt icy and piercing to the touch, yet thick and sticky like a swamp. It seemed alive, slowly swallowing his body.

"As expected... the Chaos Sea... is corrupted..."

Adam's skin was covered in grayish-white scales, but they couldn't stop the erosion coming from the Chaos Sea. His mind was being affected, and he couldn't control the mutation at the mental level.

The grayish-white scales grew wildly on his skin, and his wings and limbs twisted and mutated.

"I can't control it anymore..."

Adam held onto the last bit of his sanity, looking at the white stone tablet with a bitter expression. "There's nothing I can do... my limit is just one step. Even if the main body comes, I don't think they can get any further, unless it's Sequence 1 or the King of Angels... only they can go deeper into the Chaos Sea."

Even the true gods at Sequence 0 could easily fall victim to the Chaos Sea if they weren't careful. And here he was, just a Sequence 4 child!

"How unlucky..."

Adam sighed, his expression full of helplessness.

The Chaos Sea eroded him at an alarming rate.

Soon, only his head remained above the surface of the Chaos Sea, with the rest of his body swallowed. His island of consciousness was in pieces, as if it could collapse at any moment.

"Honestly, from a human perspective, I'm just a one-day-old child..."

Adam smiled with a mouthful of sharp teeth, his face covered in grayish-white scales, and complex, three-dimensional mysterious runes etched into his mutated flesh, full of twisted and profane meanings.

"This is where it ends."

Adam's eyes glowed with a blinding golden light.

Then, his accumulated mental power instantly turned into a terrifying breath, mixed with thousands of piercing mental attacks that struck his own island of consciousness.

"Main body, don't make me do this again next time."

With those words, it ended.

Adam shattered like a bomb, exploding into fragments.

Boom!

A mental storm swept through the surroundings.

The thick fog was dispersed, and the deep ocean was stirred up, massive waves crashing as countless ripples spread out, causing the entire space beneath the abyss to tremble violently.

But after a moment,

The dark and deep ocean slowly returned to calm.

Everything seemed as though it had never happened.
