Half a month had passed since the deal with Doflamingo, and during this time, the Smile Pirates, led by core members like Enel, Gin, and Kumo, rapidly conquered islands across nearly a thousand nautical miles.

They took control of sixteen pirate crews, most of whom had bounties around 100 million Berries. New recruits continued to join, providing a steady workforce for the island-building project. The newcomers were put to work, with their tasks framed as "physical training exercises."

The construction of Smile Island, located beneath the Jewel Pavilion, was nearing completion, thanks to the relentless efforts of everyone involved. The island now boasted various areas: a trading district, an auction zone, a sightseeing area, and an arena, all breathing new life into the island.

During this time, Little Ryuji also went on a feeding spree, devouring large quantities of ocean fish and sea kings, growing at an incredible rate. At the World Government, in the Admiral's office, Sengoku set down his teacup, his brows furrowed as he processed the latest intelligence from the Navy. He felt a bit restless. Ever since Natsu set sail, the relatively stable New World had been thrown into turmoil once again.

"Understood. You can leave now," Sengoku waved, signaling for the intelligence officer to exit. He leaned back, crossing his arms under his chin, deep in thought.

"Tsuru, what do you think about this?" Sengoku asked, turning his head to look at Vice Admiral Tsuru, who was sitting on the couch.

"Using the Warlord of the Sea status to rapidly carve out territory in the New World... According to reports, over five thousand people have joined the Smile Pirates. Not only that, but they've also made contact with that extreme Doflamingo!" Tsuru replied.

"Now their territory even borders Big Mom's! What is that kid thinking?!"

"I really don't understand how Garp raised his grandson. If it weren't for his status as a hero of the Navy, the World Government would have captured him long ago!" Sengoku's voice grew angry. Just as he was about to storm off, Garp, wearing a grin, entered the room.

"Tch, boring. Fine, I won't drink. Tsuru, come, come, try some tea!" Garp completely ignored Sengoku and cheerfully poured tea for Tsuru.

"Garp, be serious! Your grandson has been causing too much trouble lately, and now he's even taking up the Warlord of the Sea position!" Tsuru scolded sternly.

Thinking back to when Pirate King Roger was executed, Garp had never truly settled down and was always causing chaos across the seas.

Garp suddenly put his hand over his mouth, signaling for silence. After all, he knew better not to upset a woman when she was angry.
