Chapter 49: New Technology
It had been 2 weeks and Haru the group of four left Blackthorn city, will ntk before Haru spent a night with Clair and will they had um... Sex yeah they did.
He made lunch for her next morning since it was Clair House/Gym they stayed at, seriously why was this girls Gym also her house was something Haru will never realise and will before he left, Clair gave him a smartphone, which was nice because this shit was new to the Shino Region, these phone cause a lot of money.
Will to the normal people to someone like Clair who is in the major Gym league it was noting, Gym Leader are rich as fuck, that is all Haru needs to say not that he was also Rich Rich, sense he also bought Jessie, James and Casey new smartphone as well, again his family and him are rich rich especially seeing all the gym leader and trainee he defeated
They were now on the train to Goldenrod city, Haru home town and location of his final badge
Casey looking at the smartphone then looked at Haru, her eyes sparkle a she spoke to him. "Thank you Haru, if your going to treat me like this, why don't I also become one of Tory Girlfriend".
Lucky they were at the first station so not so many people where here.
Haru just looked at Casey he then laughed, as he spoke. "Maybe one your older, after all your only 10"
Casey pouted, crossing her arms as she glared at Haru. "I'm not that much younger than you! Besides, I'm mature for my age!"
Haru chuckled, patting her on the head. "Sure you are, Casey. But there's a big difference between being 10 and being ready for all of this."
Jessie smirked from her seat, glancing over her brand-new smartphone. "Looks like you've got yourself a fan club, Haru. First Clair, now Casey. What's next? Someone from your past showing up to claim you?"
Haru froze for a split second, his thoughts flashing back to his reincarnation and the fragmented memories of his past life. He forced a laugh to cover it up. "Let's hope not. I've got enough to handle with the present."
James leaned back in his seat, scrolling through his own phone. "Well, at least you've got great taste in tech, Haru. These smartphones are amazing! Way better than the flip phones we had before."
Casey nodded enthusiastically. "Yeah! Thanks again, Haru. You didn't have to do this."
Haru waved her off. "It's no big deal. You three have been a huge help, and you deserve it. Plus, with these phones, we can stay in touch better if we ever split up."
Jessie raised an eyebrow, smirking. "Planning to ditch us already?"
Haru rolled his eyes. "No, but it's always good to be prepared."
As the train picked up speed, the group settled into a comfortable rhythm. Haru glanced out the window, the familiar sights of Johto's countryside bringing a wave of nostalgia. Goldenrod City was his hometown, but returning now felt different. This time, he wasn't just a kid with dreams of being a trainer. He was stronger, smarter, and carried the weight of his past life and future goals.
Casey tugged at his sleeve, snapping him out of his thoughts. "So, Haru, what's your plan when we get to Goldenrod?"
Haru leaned back, crossing his arms. "First, we head to my house. I'll introduce you all to my family. Then, we'll check out the Gym and see what Whitney's been up to. After that, we'll see where the day takes us."
Jessie smirked, nudging him. "Sounds like someone's excited to see his girlfriend."
Haru felt his face heat up. "It's not like that! Okay, maybe it is, but still..."
James laughed. "Don't worry, Haru. We'll make sure to give you and Whitney plenty of alone time."
Casey giggled. "Yeah, we'll totally stay out of your way. Promise!"
Haru groaned, covering his face with his hands. "Why do I even bother with you guys?"
The group laughed, the lighthearted banter easing the tension as the train continued its journey to Goldenrod City. For Haru, this was more than just a trip home—it was the next step in his journey, one that would bring him closer to his dreams and the answers he sought.
They walked, as they did the Yamask that Haru freed was still there, the group was walking for a while as Haru kept sending blast of Aura as he stopped.
Meowth looked at Haru, as this time Haru let him out of his Pokéball. "Is everything ok boss".
Haru looked at a narrow Alleyways. "You guys go, I will be back".
The group looked at as they started to walk, as they left Haru rushed at the alleyway as then he grabbed the person hand as he locked the arms and pinned them at the wall.
Haru just looked at her as he spoke. "What are you doing here Rose".
Rose looked up at him, hear cheeks a little Red she was still wearing her team rocket uniform so she was not of duty. "I um I um".
Haru looked at her and let him go. "Go on spill it".
Rose looked at as she spoke. "What I am going to tell is going to get in so much trouble, Team Rocket is after you".
Haru narrowed his eyes, his grip tightening slightly before letting her go completely. He stepped back, folding his arms. "Why are you telling me this, Rose? Aren't you part of Team Rocket too?"
Rose glanced away, fidgeting with her hands. "I... I owe you, okay? After what you did for me and my sister back there. It's not just about orders and missions for me. You're... different, Haru. And besides, I don't want to see you get hurt."
Haru sighed, running a hand through his hair. "So, what exactly is Team Rocket planning?"
Rose hesitated before speaking, her voice low. "Archer's given the order. They're after your Pokémon, especially that shiny Gible of yours. But it's more than that. They've been watching you, Haru. Your battles, your Aura abilities, it's got them interested. They see you as a threat, but also as... a potential asset."
Haru's expression darkened. "An asset? What do you mean?"
Rose looked him in the eyes. "They think they can turn you, Haru. Convince you to join them or force you to work for them. Archer's even got plans to use your connections, though I don't know the details."
Haru clenched his fists, his Aura flaring slightly as he processed the information. "They really don't know when to quit, do they?"
Rose reached out, her hand lightly touching his arm. "I'm telling you this because I want to help. I don't agree with what they're doing, and I... I care about you, Haru."
Haru blinked, caught off guard by her words. He took a step back, his voice calm but firm. "Rose, if you're serious about this, you need to make a choice. You can't keep one foot in Team Rocket and one foot out. If you really want to help, then leave them."
Rose looked down, her expression conflicted. "It's not that simple, Haru. You don't just leave Team Rocket. But... I'll figure something out."
Haru nodded. "Good. For now, keep your head down and stay safe. And if you hear anything else, let me know."
Rose gave him a small, determined smile. "I will. Just... be careful, Haru. They won't stop coming after you."
Haru turned, glancing back at her one last time. "I'll be ready."
Rose them looked at as she spoke. "Also they are after Ash".
Haru just looked at her as he spoke. "Seeing your sister is not here, she went to Ash to tell right".
Rose nodded as she looked at her crush. "Yes, Diamond went to Ash to tell him as well to keep his eyes open".
Haru nodded thoughtfully, his eyes narrowing. "Good. Ash is tough, but he needs to know what he's up against. Team Rocket won't stop at just me."
Rose hesitated for a moment before adding, "They're planning something big, Haru. It's not just about stealing Pokémon anymore. Archer's got his sights set on the legendary Pokémon you and Ash have crossed paths with. They're trying to gather power, and they'll stop at nothing to get it."
Haru crossed his arms, his Aura flaring faintly as he processed the information. "They're biting off more than they can chew. Legendary Pokémon aren't tools, and neither am I. If they think they can mess with Ash or anyone else I care about, they're in for a rude awakening."
Rose smiled faintly at his determination. "I figured you'd say that. But Haru... just promise me you'll be careful. Team Rocket is more dangerous than you think."
Haru looked at her, his expression softening slightly. "Thanks for the warning, Rose. I mean it. And if you need help... you know where to find me."
Rose blushed slightly, nodding. "I'll keep that in mind. Take care, Haru."
As Haru turned and walked back toward his group, his mind raced with plans. Team Rocket's renewed interest in both him and Ash meant trouble, but it also gave him a new focus. He'd protect his friends, his Pokémon, and the journey they were all on—no matter what it took.
Back with his group, Haru glanced at the others. Jessie, James, Meowth, and Casey were waiting for him, their expressions curious but concerned.
"Everything okay?" James asked.
Haru nodded, his resolve firm. "Yeah, everything's fine. But we've got to stay sharp. Team Rocket's got some big plans, and they're not just after me anymore. Ash is in their crosshairs too."
Jessie's eyes narrowed. "Archer again, huh? That guy's got a serious ego problem."
Meowth snorted. "More like a death wish, messin' with da boss and Ash!"
Casey looked worried. "What are we going to do, Haru?"
Haru smirked, his Aura flaring slightly. "We do what we always do. Train, get stronger, and be ready for anything. Team Rocket wants a fight? They'll get one."
The group exchanged determined nods as they continued their journey toward Goldenrod City, knowing that the challenges ahead would test their strength and resolve like never before.
After hat Haru went to his house, Casey then looked around as she saw a picture frame of a Kid Haru and will um 7 girls, as Haru is holding a Singh that says Help!
James just spoke as he looked at them. "Um Boss who are all these girls in the picture with you".
Haru looked at the picture as he sighed. "My sister's".
Casey blinked as she stared at the picture. "Your sisters? There are seven of them?"
Haru nodded, a faint smile playing on his lips. "Yeah... seven. It was a crazy household growing up, but they were always there for me. We had a lot of fun, even if it was chaotic."
James leaned in closer, inspecting the photo. "And what's up with you holding that sign? 'Help!'? You were a troublemaker even back then, huh?"
Haru chuckled softly, rubbing the back of his neck. "Yeah, I was. With that many siblings, I never really had a chance to stay out of trouble. They'd always drag me into their messes, and I'd end up the scapegoat." He glanced at the photo again, his expression softening. "But I wouldn't trade it for anything. They made me who I am today."
Casey smiled warmly. "Sounds like they're pretty important to you."
"Yeah, they are," Haru replied, his tone more serious now. "Even if I'm out here on my own, they're always with me. They've supported me in ways I can't even explain."
Meowth, who had been quietly watching from the corner, tilted his head. "So, you got a whole family of people you care about. That's good, Haru. Real good."
Haru smiled, grateful for the support. "Yeah, they're my foundation. No matter how far I go, I'll always have them in my heart."
Jessie then looked at the picture more clearly. "You know all the sister look 1 year younger from eachother, except for the red one that looks like she 5 years older".
Haru then spoke. "Yeah that would be the oldest".
Meowth then spoke. "Now that I think all of your sister are wearing colour in there outfit that make a... Rainbow".
Jessie raised an eyebrow, looking closer at the picture. "Huh, you're right. They all seem to be wearing colors that form a rainbow. I never noticed that before."
Haru chuckled softly. "Yeah, I guess they kind of did that on purpose. It's a family thing. Each of them chose their own color, and I think they just liked the idea of a rainbow theme."
James frowned as he tried to match the colors with the girls in the photo. "So, what's with the oldest one? The red one you mentioned?"
Haru sighed, his gaze turning a little distant as he spoke. "She's the one who was always the protector. I guess she just felt like she needed to stand out. She took on the responsibility of looking after the younger ones from an early age, so her choice of red was kind of fitting. Bold and strong, you know?"
Casey nodded thoughtfully. "That's pretty cool. Seems like your family had a good balance, with everyone bringing something unique to the table."
Haru smiled at her words. "Yeah, they did. We may have had our differences sometimes, but at the end of the day, we always had each other's backs."
Meowth, still examining the photo, gave a slight grin. "You sure got a lot of love and support from them, huh, Haru? Must've been nice."
Haru nodded, feeling a warmth in his chest. "It was. And it still is, even if we're far apart now. That's why I fight. For them, for myself, and for the ones I care about."
Jessie and James exchanged a look, clearly moved by Haru's words. "Well, we may not be family," Jessie said with a small smirk, "but we've got your back too, Haru."
James chimed in, "Yeah! We've been through a lot together, and that counts for something, right?"
Haru turned to face them, his expression sincere. "Thanks, both of you. That means a lot."
Meowth gave a satisfied purr. "I've got your back too, boss. No one messes with our crew!"
Haru laughed, feeling a genuine sense of camaraderie with his team. "Thanks, guys. Let's stick together and keep moving forward." He then glanced back at the picture of his sisters one more time. "I won't let them down."
They then heard something, they went to try kitchen in Haru house, there was no one there and someone jumped on Haru and kissed him, it was Whitney, he kissed back
They laughed the day went pass by talking, enjoying eachother talking about what happened recently and Haru learned ash had not come for a Gym Battle yeat, he wonder what he 11 year old is doing, then Haru and Whitney later int the night had some fun
Which then in the morning Whitney came limping again, does she regret no and she never will, as Haru was already cooking for everyone in the morning.
As the morning light streamed through the windows, the atmosphere in Haru's house was warm and cozy. The laughter from the night before still lingered in the air, and everyone was quietly settling into their respective routines. Whitney, despite her limping, was trying to act like nothing had happened. Her face was flushed, but there was a mischievous glint in her eyes.
Haru, who was already in the kitchen, expertly flipping pancakes, noticed Whitney's struggle to walk without wincing. He raised an eyebrow as he smirked. "Did you hurt yourself, Whitney?" he teased lightly, though there was no judgment in his voice.
Whitney shot him a playful glare but couldn't hide the grin forming on her face. "Oh, I'm fine. Just a little sore. You know... I have no regrets." Her voice was full of confidence, and the twinkle in her eyes made it clear that she was completely unapologetic about her actions the night before.
"Good to know," Haru responded, not missing a beat as he slid the pancakes onto a plate and began preparing the rest of the breakfast spread. "I'm sure everyone else is going to appreciate this breakfast too."
Casey wandered in, looking confused at first but then nodding as she saw the delicious spread Haru had laid out. "I gotta admit, Haru, you're quite the cook," she said, sitting down at the table.
Jessie and James entered the room a few moments later, both glancing between Haru and Whitney, sharing knowing smirks. "So, how was your night, you two?" Jessie asked, her tone dripping with playfulness.
Whitney's cheeks flushed, but she shrugged, her confidence unwavering. "It was amazing. You should try it sometime," she quipped, stealing a glance at Haru, who grinned back at her.
As everyone sat down to enjoy breakfast, Haru couldn't help but wonder what Ash was up to. He had expected him to come for a Gym Battle by now, but the young trainer hadn't shown up yet. "I wonder what that 11-year-old is doing," Haru mused aloud.
Casey, who had been quietly eating, looked up and added, "He's probably out training. That guy never seems to slow down."
"Yeah, but it's been a while," Haru said, tapping his fingers on the table thoughtfully. "Maybe he's gotten caught up in something... but I'll be ready when he shows up."
Whitney smiled at Haru. "Well, you'll get your battle when the time is right. Until then, we've got each other to train and have fun with."
Everyone nodded in agreement, enjoying the comfortable silence as they finished their meal. Haru felt content. Even though life as a Trainer wasn't always easy, moments like these made it all worthwhile.
As the day went on, they continued to talk, laugh, and plan their next moves. Haru's thoughts occasionally drifted to Ash, wondering when he would finally make his move, but he knew that he was ready whenever the challenge came. In the meantime, he was surrounded by friends, and that was more than enough.
