"You've really changed, All Might." 

All For One adjusted his face, twisted from the earlier punch, while his [Super Regeneration] quickly healed the injuries. He spoke coldly to All Might: 

"Using such underhanded tactics—this doesn't suit the 'Symbol of Peace.'" 

"It doesn't matter. This time, I won't let you escape!" 

All Might charged toward AFO at full speed, his right fist brimming with power. 

"Let's settle this, All For One!" 

"Detroit Smash!!" 

This was All Might's signature move. In the past, All For One would have done everything to avoid such an attack, but things were different now. 

AFO didn't dodge or block. Instead, the monstrous arm formed by his Quirks swung directly to meet the attack. Their fists collided with tremendous force. 

A massive shockwave erupted between them, tearing through the ground and creating a whirlwind that knocked down citizens taking shelter in the distance. As the winds raged, a figure was sent flying and crashed heavily into the ground. 

"You've grown much weaker. After transferring [One For All] to Togata Mirio, you still think you can beat me?" 

All For One slowly advanced. In the head-on clash, All Might had been overpowered and sent flying. 

"It's true, what I'm using now is just the embers of [One For All]." 

Lying on the ground, All Might wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth with the back of his hand. His old injuries made him weak, and the power left in him was almost gone after passing on his Quirk. But... 

A faint smile appeared on All Might's face. 

"The new flame has already been passed down!" 

"What? Could it be!?" 

All For One grew increasingly alert. The aftermath of their clash had stirred up dust and smoke, obscuring his vision completely. 

At that moment, the most crucial person was already gone from sight—Togata Mirio, the ninth inheritor of [One For All]. 

AFO reacted too late. Togata Mirio had already used [Permeation] to silently emerge from the ground behind him. 

Sensing someone behind him, AFO quickly turned and swung his massive fist with full force. 

Mirio didn't dodge or retreat. The power of [One For All] enveloped his entire body as he poured all his strength into his punch. Just as their fists were about to collide, [Permeation] activated! 

Mirio's arm, along with his entire body, passed through AFO's giant fist. His [One For All]-powered punch struck AFO's face directly. 

The blow completely deformed AFO's face and sent him flying, carving a deep trench over 30 meters long into the ground with his body. 

"[One For All's] ninth inheritor—Togata Mirio!" 

Clutching his caved-in face, All For One growled Mirio's name with hatred. This guy was just as infuriating as All Might, always aiming for his face. 

"Too shallow…" 

Seeing AFO's injuries heal rapidly, All Might grew concerned. He had fought AFO multiple times and knew how difficult it was to deal with a man who could steal Quirks. 

In the past, AFO had various [Body Reinforcement] Quirks that required All Might to use his full power just to break through his defenses. Now, with [Super Regeneration], AFO was practically an unkillable monster. 

"And Mirio…" 

All Might turned his gaze to Togata Mirio. Though this successor was incredibly capable, mastering 100% of [One For All's] power in a short time was still too much to ask. 

Right now, Mirio's body could only handle 60% of [One For All]. Any more, and his body wouldn't be able to withstand it. 

"Mirio... let me handle this. I must end things with him this time."

Despite the unbearable pain in his body, All Might stood up. Today, he was determined to capture All For One no matter what it took, even at the cost of his life. 

"No, All Might! Your body has already reached its limit!"

Togata Mirio extended his right hand to block him. It was only then that All Might noticed the steam rising from his body—his Quirk time had run out. 

Trying to hide his true form from others had cost All Might too much time when regrouping with the police and heroes. As a result, his transformation time had shortened, and now he had reverted to his frail, original form, losing his combat strength. At this point, just staying here was a life-threatening risk, let alone defeating All For One. 

"What a pathetic sight, All Might!" 

All For One, whose facial injuries had mostly healed thanks to "Super Regeneration", mocked his "old friend" with disdain. 

"I'd love to reveal your pitiful appearance to everyone, so they could see the true face of the so-called 'Symbol of Peace.'" 

"All Might, leave this to me. The world cannot lose its 'Symbol of Peace' just yet." 

Togata Mirio urged him, stepping forward toward All For One. His intent was clear. 

"But Mirio, with the strength of One For All you have now, you can't defeat him." 

All Might's voice was filled with concern. Without turning back, Mirio gave him a thumbs-up, the wind lifting his red cape dramatically. 

"I'm not just the ninth wielder of One For All. I'm 'Lemillion'!"

Hearing this, All Might finally felt a sense of relief. Excessive worry had blinded him to the growth of the younger generation.

"You really think you can pull this off?!" 

Standing before Mirio, All For One sneered. 

"Even All Might's attacks were weak against me. Do you really think your insignificant punches can bring me down?" 

"You're right. But you were injured earlier, weren't you?" 

Ignoring All For One's ridicule, Mirio shot back with confidence. 

"It's just a minor wound that'll heal in seconds. You don't actually believe that'll be enough to defeat me, do you?" 

Even as All For One scoffed, Mirio responded with unwavering determination. 

"Exactly!!" 

"My hero name is 'Lemillion.' If I can't beat you with one attack, then I'll do it with a million!" 

Lowering his stance, Mirio prepared himself. At the same time, All For One felt an overwhelming sense of unease—this kid was about to unleash something devastating. 

"Phantom Permeation: Godspeed!!" 

A new ultimate move—Mirio's original technique, developed after inheriting One For All. This was the Strike of Lemillion! 

A blinding flash appeared—or perhaps it was Mirio moving so fast that even All For One could only perceive light-speed motion. 

In an instant, All For One was struck and sent flying into the air. A relentless barrage of light-speed blows followed, hitting him repeatedly and preventing him from even touching the ground. 

"This… this is!!" 

All Might's shock was evident as he watched in disbelief. He hadn't expected Mirio to develop such a powerful move. 

Using the explosive speed of One For All's power combined with Permeation's unique property—repelling objects upon contact—Mirio had merged these Quirks. By reaching peak speed, he could use Permeation to propel himself off any object, growing faster and faster. This was the principle behind his ultimate move. 

"D-Damn it..." 

All for One, who couldn't even speak clearly, was humiliated twice by Togata Mirio. First, his own words backfired on him, and then "Lemillion's" flurry of attacks pummeled his face.
