( Yuuki's POV )

After leaving the hospital I spent my days pretending to be a normal kid.

the only thing that bothered me a little was having to go to school again, but the Nagumo family still treated me as if I were their own son.

With the energy I have accumulated in two weeks, I think we will be ready to leave in two months or so, but before that, I had to deal with another situation, one night I moved to the roof of an abandoned building because another of my weapons was about to evolve, In this city there was no energy-rich area like in our kingdom, so this time the process was taking longer.

While I was waiting, I was looking at pictures of the girls on my phone, I was already missing them, and there was nothing interesting to explore in this world to keep me distracted.

A few hours after the process began my sword emitted a powerful light and was wrapped in a sphere of fire, and when it dissipated and my sword transformed into a black battle axe with a red crescent edge, and solid flames were tied to it as if it were cloth.

I reached out my hand towards it, and the axe flew into my hand, the fire cloth wrapped itself along my right arm, passed behind my back, and ended up wrapping itself around my left arm.

Yuuki: I hope no one has seen those lights, she can't take human form like you, Mythra.

Mythra: Not yet, but she should be able to very soon.

With the ritual finished, my new black axe entered my body, and I made my way back home, jumping from roof to roof, In this body, my physical strength had been greatly reduced, but my mobility was intact.

It didn't take long for me to get home, but when I landed on the roof, I felt that something was wrong, I stood still, and of course, the others noticed my strange feeling.

Mythra: What's wrong, master?

Yuuki: I don't know, there's something different in the air tonight.

Pheliss: enemies?

Yuuki: Not enemies, but we need to find the source of this energy, disperse and inspect the city.

Mythra: One of us should stay with you, master.

Yuuki: No need, you worry too much.

Mythra: It's because master doesn't worry enough.

My blades followed my orders and they explored the entire city for anomalies, and they found the source of the strange energy inside an abandoned factory but by that time I was already fast asleep, They informed me what they had found the next morning, luckily it wasn't an immediate threat so I would check on that later.

That day, I continued with my normal routine, another uneventful day at school, but as Hajime and I were returning home, we stopped when I saw a small convoy of moving trucks, that was not normal, but I did not give it much thought, and we continued walking home.

Later, I went to the abandoned factory where Rhym was standing guard, the strange energy was not coming from a person but from an anomaly inside the factory, It was like a small crack in space that could connect to another world, the crack was very small and nothing could cross for now.

I could fix the crack but something on the other side was just going to continue creating cracks.

Rhym: What will be the plan master?

Yuuki: We will open the portal ourselves, and we will take care of what is on the other side.

Mythra: Is that a smart move?

Yuuki: Sure, we have to make some preparations, most importantly, a barrier around the factory, we can't let anything escape into the city.

Pheliss: I can take care of the barrier, master.

Pheliss left the factory to put up a barrier while the rest of us cleaned up the factory so debris wouldn't get in our way during the fight, And when we finished with that we got into formation.

Rhym: Master, as soon as the portal opens, get behind me.

Yuuki: yeah yeah I'll stay behind.

I injected my energy into the small fissure to open a portal, and suddenly, giant hands came out of the portal, I jumped behind Rhym, and the creature's hands forced the portal open.

As a creature with a white mask over its face pulled its body through the portal, Rhym lunged forward and pierced its head with a blow, The creature's body turned into energy particles as its cracked mask fell to the ground, of course things couldn't end that easily and after the first creature fell multiple portals opened around us, My blades and sentinels stood around me, they were very dedicated to protecting me but I was excited to finally be able to break the normality that I was living.

More strange creatures began to fill the factory, they had different shapes, but they all had their own white masks, All the strange creatures let out a horrendous roar before jumping at us.

Everyone here was connected to my soul, so they moved according to my thoughts.

Pheliss created crystal pillars around us and only let a couple of enemies through, Rhym transformed his arm into a blade, and we cut down everyone who crossed the crystal pillars, then we moved to the factory entrance to avoid attacks from multiple directions.
