More weeks have passed, and I have used this time to improve my home. I managed to create a bed that has definitely made my nights much more comfortable. At the river, I found clay, processed it, and created useful containers for cooking and storing water and food. These small improvements have made my life here more bearable.

However, what has really caught my attention during this time has been a flow of energy in my body. It is something subtle, but I notice it more clearly every day. It seems to emanate from my heart and run through my entire body, as if it were a current. Could this be mana? The energy used for magic in isekai-type worlds? Most likely. I have also noticed that there is a greater concentration of this energy, or mana, in my brain than in the rest of my body.

Could this be what increases my memory and speed of thought? It is an intriguing possibility. If my brain is receiving a greater flow of this energy, it would make sense that my cognitive abilities would also increase. That would explain the improvement in my ability to learn and remember.

I've noticed an instinctive need to enhance this flow to my brain. If I could optimize the process, perhaps I could make it more efficient and thus achieve a greater effect. Is this how spells are created? If I improve the flow of mana in my mind, would I be able to use it to perform magic? Physical enhancements seem to be a natural consequence, but elemental magic remains a mystery to me. It's something I'll have to investigate further. Perhaps this flow of energy is the key.
