Chapter 28: Not A Normal Dungeon part 3

Oscar looked at another house, he then broke the gate once again, he looked around a bit as he found something a small Cristal.

[Blood lust detected]

Oscar looked around a bit as he looked around as he saw a shadow like creator moved in the area, as Oscar saw how it looked, as he then saw his system

Oscar just sighed as he spoked to him self, charing up a powerful fire ball. "I just had to come to this house".

The house went up in flames as Oscar came out as he took a deep breath, that was risky but he took them down all of them

Osacr gut up and dusted him self of. "That was a risky move and a dun move at the same time"

Oscar stood there, watching the house burn in the distance, its dark silhouette slowly consumed by the flames. The crackling fire was the only sound that broke the heavy silence of the fog-covered streets. He breathed deeply, trying to steady his racing heart.

That was close, Oscar thought, wiping the sweat from his forehead. His [Fire Ball] had been a desperate move, but it had paid off. The Shadow Lukker, whatever it was, had been eradicated. The threat had been real—too real.

Oscar smiled faintly, but it was a hollow victory. He didn't have time to relish it; the dungeon was still shifting around him. More enemies, more dangers. He could feel the weight of this place pressing in on him.

"I need to keep moving," Oscar muttered to himself. He was far from safe, and every moment spent in this twisted version of Vale made him feel more vulnerable. Even the very air felt like it was charged with a sinister energy.

He looked down at his hands, flexing them as the adrenaline from the fight slowly ebbed away. He knew his abilities were growing stronger, but so were the enemies he was facing. It was a constant race to keep up with the increasing threat level. He couldn't afford to let his guard down, not for a second.

The Shadow Lukker was something new—a creature born from shadow, its presence shrouded in an aura of malice and bloodlust. The fact that he had already faced so many of these in such a short time made him wonder just how deep this dungeon went, how much more there was to uncover. And if the creatures were only getting stronger, what other horrors lay beyond?

Oscar turned, noticing the faint glow of a distant structure through the fog. His instincts told him to avoid it, but he didn't have the luxury of choice anymore. He had to press on. If he didn't, who knew what other monstrosities would find him.

"Let's see what this dungeon has in store next," Oscar said, his voice low but resolute.

With a deep breath, he steeled himself for whatever was coming. He moved forward, his senses heightened, ready for whatever challenge awaited him in the deep shadows of Vale's twisted dungeon.

Oscar then stopped as he heard the music again, a he signed. "Not another Marionette Keeper".

Oscar went to delt with the monster, he had [Fire Ball] read and two fire dust ready to explode, but when went to try music box sound rjsg was not only one Marionette Keeper, but 5 Marionette kepper.

Oscar stood in the eerie silence, the music box tune still hauntingly echoing through the foggy streets. His breath was ragged, his heart pounding in his chest, but his rage burned brighter. Five Marionette Keepers? He'd had enough.

Not today, not here, Oscar thought, clenching his fists as the dark energy surged within him.

"Fuck this!" he shouted, his voice cracking with fury. Without hesitation, he pulled out the Grimm Mask from his inventory. The moment the mask touched his face, a powerful surge of energy enveloped him, shaking the very ground beneath his feet.

The transformation was agonizing. His body contorted as he screamed, feeling his bones shifting and his skin tearing apart, only to be replaced by something darker, something more powerful. The blackened form of the Grimm Human Hybrid emerged from the painful process. His clothes fused into his body, becoming part of him as if he were one with the transformation. The sensation of pain was replaced by a fiery rage that burned through his veins. His wings unfurled, massive and ominous, and his claws scraped against the ground, leaving deep marks in the concrete.

His face was now obscured by the Grimm Mask, cracked and broken, with glowing red eyes piercing through the cracks. A tail, sharp and spiked, flicked in the air behind him, pulsing with energy. His feet and hands were encased in bone-like armor, the claws now a part of him.

Oscar glanced at the system's warning, but he didn't care. The pain from the transformation only fueled his rage, and his mind felt clouded by the power coursing through him. His eyes narrowed as he turned to face the five Marionette Keepers, who were now moving in perfect, synchronized motions, their heads tilted at odd angles, and their eyes shining like cold, merciless lanterns in the fog.

He could feel the music, the eerie hum of it invading his thoughts, but this time, he wouldn't be swayed. He wasn't going to fall for their tricks.

Oscar flared his wings and charged. His speed increased with the boost from his transformation, and the ground cracked beneath him as he launched himself into the air. The Marionette Keepers turned toward him in unison, their wooden joints creaking as they raised their weapons—a mix of jagged, twisted blades, and sharpened needles.

The first one lunged at him, but Oscar met it with a brutal swipe of his claws, tearing through its chest. The creature let out a high-pitched screech as it fell, its form collapsing into lifeless wood and dust.

The remaining four were undeterred. They moved together, their movements flowing like a twisted ballet. One of them raised a long, jagged needle and aimed for Oscar's heart. He dodged just in time, the needle grazing his side, leaving a deep scratch, but his Regeneration quickly took care of the wound.

His rage boiled over.

Oscar slammed his fists into the ground, causing the earth to tremble. A burst of black energy shot through the ground, and with a roar, he unleashed a [Fire Ball] in the center of the group. The explosion sent two of the Marionette Keepers flying, their bodies igniting in flames. They screeched as they burned, their wooden frames crackling and splintering.

The other two didn't hesitate, charging in with renewed fury. But Oscar was faster now. He swung his claws, his wings cutting through the air with deadly precision. One Keeper tried to slash at him with a needle, but he ducked and retaliated, his claws sinking into its throat. The creature gasped, its body going limp as Oscar tossed it aside with a brutal flick.

The last one charged from behind, but Oscar's [Stealth Skill] gave him a momentary advantage. He vanished from its sight, reappearing above it with a powerful [Wind Slice]. The creature's head was cleaved from its body in an instant.

Oscar stood there, his breath coming in heavy pants, the adrenaline still surging through his veins. His transformation had drained a lot of his energy, but he couldn't stop now.

With the Marionette Keepers destroyed, he looked around, scanning the area for any more threats. The eerie music had stopped, but the silence was almost worse. It was as if the dungeon was waiting for him to make his next move.

"Alright… what's next?" Oscar growled, his voice distorted by the Grimm mask, the anger still bubbling inside him. He could feel the aggression building—his mind constantly battling to stay in control.

Oscar knew this dungeon wasn't over yet. The deeper he went, the stronger the enemies would get. But right now, he had to keep moving. If he didn't, he'd lose control completely.

The fog thickened, and Oscar stepped forward, his claws scraping the ground. He was ready for whatever came next, even if it meant going further into the darkness.

Oscar then saw more monster, he made a fire ball which then turned black. "Let's see how many of you I can rip into pieces".

As he then pulled out Midnight Fang, as his tail moved left and right as he flyed at them, Oscar's grip tightened around Midnight Fang, his body now an unpredictable force of nature. The Grimm Human Hybrid transformation had amplified every aspect of his being, and the blackened Fire Ball pulsed ominously in his hand, crackling with dark energy. The energy around him hummed, thick with rage and an unrestrained desire to destroy. His tail whipped behind him, eager for the carnage to come.

The monsters in front of him were no mere grunts. They were large, grotesque creatures, their forms shifting between shadows and twisted flesh. Their eyes glowed a ghastly hue, their teeth sharp enough to tear through steel, but none of that mattered to Oscar right now. His own blood sang with the promise of destruction, and his mind was clouded with the need for vengeance.

He stared at the monsters as they surrounded him, their grotesque forms slowly closing in. There were at least a dozen of them, and from the looks of it, they weren't interested in negotiating.

"Let's see how many of you I can rip into pieces," Oscar muttered, his voice muffled and twisted by the Grimm mask.

The black Fire Ball in his hand flared up, becoming a swirling vortex of dark flames. Without another word, he hurled it into the midst of the monsters. The explosion lit up the fog, and for a moment, everything was consumed by a roar of flame. The creatures screamed as they were incinerated, their bodies disintegrating into ash and charred remnants.

But it wasn't enough.

Oscar's eyes blazed with fury as he charged, his wings sending gusts of wind in every direction. His body moved with inhuman speed, as if the rage itself was propelling him forward. He swung Midnight Fang, its edge glowing with a deadly light as it cleaved through the first monster's skull, splitting it in half. The beast let out a gurgled scream before collapsing into a heap of twitching limbs and shattered bone.

His tail lashed out, snapping the neck of another monster before it could react. The sound of crunching bone filled the air, and Oscar barely acknowledged it as he continued his assault. With every swing of his sword, more monsters fell, their forms torn apart with brutal efficiency.

Oscar leapt into the air, his wings flapping hard, propelling him high above the remaining creatures. He twisted in midair, flipping and spinning as he brought Midnight Fang down in a powerful arc. The blade cleaved through one monster's chest, the impact sending a shockwave through the air.

He landed with a heavy thud, sending cracks through the ground. His claws scraped against the dirt as he steadied himself. The creatures that had survived the onslaught regrouped, their eyes narrowing in a mix of fear and fury.

Oscar's eyes burned as he scanned the remaining monsters. His body was humming with energy, every nerve alive with the anticipation of battle.

Without hesitation, he raised his arm, and Midnight Fang crackled with electricity. "Enough," he snarled, his voice a low growl.

He swung the blade in a wide arc, sending a [Wind Slice] tearing through the remaining monsters. The sharp gust of wind ripped through their bodies, slicing them cleanly in half. Some of them tried to regroup, but Oscar was already upon them. His claws extended, his tail lashed out like a whip, and the remaining monsters fell one by one.

The last of the beasts, a hulking brute, roared in defiance as it tried to lunge at Oscar. But before it could reach him, he flicked his wrist, and a [Fire Ball] shot from his hand, striking the creature square in the chest. The explosion consumed the beast, its cries silenced in the fiery blast.

Oscar stood amidst the carnage, his chest heaving with labored breaths. His transformation was taking its toll—he could feel the strain, the heat in his body, but he refused to let it stop him. Not now.

Oscar's wings fluttered in the aftermath of the battle, and he let out a long, guttural sigh. His anger was still simmering beneath the surface, but the bloodlust was fading, replaced by the realization that he had just destroyed an entire wave of enemies.

But this was only the beginning. The dungeon was far from over, and Oscar knew that the deeper he went, the harder it would become.

He looked around, scanning the wreckage. The fog hung thick in the air, and the remnants of the monsters were scattered across the ground. The silence was oppressive, and Oscar could feel the weight of the darkness pressing in on him.

"I need to stay focused," Oscar muttered, his voice still distorted by the Grimm mask. "This place is messed up, but I'm not backing down."

With a final glance at the wreckage, he spread his wings, ready to continue forward. Whatever lay ahead, he was ready to tear it apart.
