School Time 2- The Awakening

The next day they arrive early at the DSO, taking advantage of the fact that their classes haven't returned yet, and they meet their Supervisor right in the lobby, who promptly claps his hands and says: 

 "You're back, congratulations, you did very well in today's test!" 

 The other employees also applaud and congratulate them: 

"Yes, congratulations, you did very well in today's Test!" 

 "Congratulations, you're both great!" 

Luan and Derick thank them, but deep down they feel uncomfortable with the whole situation, like two clowns in a circus, being applauded, it's a strange feeling, they thank them and soon turn away to go to their office to leave their backpacks, but right behind them come Collen and Kaiden who seem to be the attraction of the DSO, Collen is always friendly and greets everyone, even Kaiden seems to be more talkative, a little different from the first impression they had of him, the two soon approach Luan and Derick, they seem to be a little apathetic and quiet, Collen hands over two bottles that seem to be a drink, and says: 

 "Kids, this is a tonic, it will help replenish your energy, after all, we still have a training session today." 

Luan is a little suspicious, but he sees the label and decides to accept, Derick readily accepts, it shouldn't be poison, they wouldn't kill them both in front of everyone, the tonic seems to have a pleasant taste, and in fact seems to stimulate them in some way, Collen calls Derick over to look at it 

Luan and Derick have showered and are changing in the locker room. At the last minute, Collen remembers to tell them about the end-of-year get-together at the DSO today, Collen and Kaiden have already left the changing room, Collen is wearing more social clothes, a shirt and pants, Kaiden is wearing a blouse with a little more transparency, making his tattoos evident, but he prefers to wear a black cap and a mask, he prefers to keep his face private, They go to a private room in a large party hall, Luan and Derick are dressed in their usual clothes, Luan in jeans and a jacket, and Derick in his sweatshirt and black pants, they walk to the hall, some of the staff are in their uniforms, others in formal clothes, and finally the two of them agree to stay for a while and leave, because tomorrow there's another family party to go to, and they've agreed to meet the boys from the band, Theo, Kenji and Andrew, so they can all spend the end of the year together. 

As soon as the two enter the hall where the DSO get-together is taking place, some people look at them, whisper to each other and greet them: 

"Those are the two new hunters." 

 "They look so young, but we know that the DSO prefers them to be teenagers." 

 "Yes, these two are from the Becker's family, so try to treat them well, it would be a bad idea to be enemies with them." 

Luan and Derick look at each other, wanting to say: 

 "Let's find a way to get out of this party."
