Mizuki met Iruka with Xu Fan brought over to the practice ground.

Xu Fan took a glance at her surroundings. Dozens of students are in attendance. Most notably Uchiha Sasuke. Specifically female students. Many cannot stop their eyes off of Sasuke and were gaping as if starry-eyed fans.

On the other hand, Uzumaki Naruto was isolated in a corner. Though it did not seem to bother him that much, it did look very lonely.

After all, Naruto, at this age, was just a six or seven-year-old child. If someone filmed Naruto now and uploaded it as a vlog, the screen would probably be filled with comments like "Naruto, Naruto, mama hug," "Protect the best prince," and "I gotta be on top."

But Hinata, who was in this class as well, wasn't here. Apparently her body hadn't recovered fully so she was resting in the hospital.

Iruka turned and smiled at Mizuki, carrying a notebook that he was using to write down scores. Next, Iruka noticed Xu Fan standing by Mizuki.

Starting today, Xu Fan would join the class as a transfer student, learning together with them in the ninja school.

"Please introduce yourself, Senju-san," Iruka smiled and said.

Rather than a teacher, he appeared to be a friendly older brother next door. However, this was a period when Iruka had recently started as a Chunin teacher. To establish a proper relationship with the students, sometimes he distanced himself from Naruto. For example, this time he had completely ignored the situation of Naruto.

"Yes," Xu Fan nodded, then introduced himself to the others.

Enough, Naruto," Iruka sighed helplessly. Hokage had always been the most respected person in the village, and with the Nine-Tails inside Naruto, he could never become Hokage.

Notwithstanding the harsh sound, it was better that he faced reality.

As Iruka was still trying to say something, Xu Fan cut him off directly.

"Then you should keep working hard, Naruto," Xu Fan smiled and said.

Naruto was dazed and caught him off guard completely.

He had told them about his dream many times before, but each time, he was ridiculed, especially by the adults who gave him cold, distant looks.

These things had become second nature to him.

Then Iruka began flipping through the grade list. Since Hinata was absent, there was a vacant space on the list, and that happened to be Sasuke's space.
