Team Order

Chapter 9: The Fight Begins

A giant purple blast exploded the tightly-closed doors, leaving a giant massive hole. Another beam then hit a group of Guardsmen as they readied their weapons.

"Who was stupid enough to lock down the doors? And who's even more stupid to let the Guardsmen target us instead?", asked Pickle.

"I did leave David to control the servers while we left" said Travis suspiciously as he shot another beam on a Guardsman who was still writhing on the floor.

"You don't have to blame David for everything. I think as leader, YOU should take responsibility" said Yellow.

"You're right. I should take responsibility", said Travis, ""for letting YOU in The Order in the first place."

"And you should take responsibility for the Swordmaster's death. His body parts were all over the place." stated Pickle, "Luckily, I managed to keep his finger as a souvenir."

"Well, whoever did kill the Swordmaster and controlled the Guardsmen to attempt to kill us must really hate Travis." concluded Yellow.

Rishi sat on the table, fiddling with the weapon that the two scientist have been working on.

"Hey don't touch that!" echoed Ollie's voice from the machine. "It took us months to make that."

"Actually Ollie, it took ME months to make that", answered back Shaun's also echoed voice from the Guardsman suit. "YOU were messing around."

"Can you guys shut up for a minute?" asked Rishi politely. There were then footsteps coming down towards the lab. "Well, it seemed that Travis managed to survive through the many Guardsmen."

"Well maybe it was because of plo-"

"I said shut it!" interrupted Rishi. He then saw the three figures standing in front of him. Rishi locked eyes with Travis, the person who took everything away from him. Stood before him was the monster behind it all, who killed countless people including Rishi's beloved family and ruled the world under his cruel reign and lack of bubble tea.

"Ah Rishi? I never would've thought you were capable of such chaos and disorder. " said Travis in a calm manner. "You know that your punishment for all this would be certain death, right?"

"I don't care. All I care about is saving the fate of humanity." shouted Rishi. Travis rose a brow, very confused. "You have tortured us into doing your dirty work. It's time that you step down and pay for your crimes." Travis, Pickle and Yellow were just glancing and exchanging looks at this point.

"This is honestly a waste of my time." muttered Yellow.

"And how could you alone cause all this chaos?" asked Pickle.

"Maybe I'm not alone" said Rishi. "I am more ready for this than you can imagine." With a snap of his fingers, the robots then proceeded and marched.

"Ollie and Shaun is that you?"

"Yes, it's me Ollie but the other one is not Shaun so please destroy that one" said Ollie maliciously.

"Hello? I am in here!" exclaimed Shaun.

"Enough of this! Fire!" shouted Rishi. The two scientist were then forced into raising their weapons and started firing with intense speed. The three then split up and hid behind pillars and tables.

"I would prefer if you stop shooting" called out Pickle from the other side of the room.

"We can't!" replied Shaun.

"I told you this was David's fault!" whispered Travis. "You two go after Ollie and Shaun, I'll go after Rishi."

"You know I can hear you right?" said Rishi. Violent bursts of bullets hit multiple parts of the room and caused holes everywhere. "This is all on you Travis." Immediately after, Travis took a quick aim at Rishi and fired his beam, only to hit Rishi's shoulder. The rebel cried in pain and ran across to the next room, with Travis rushing after him, dodging and blocking all the bullets with his arm.

"I'm just saying sorry in case I kill one of you guys" said Ollie as he kept on firing.

"That's not going to help" replied Pickle as he suddenly whipped out his double bladed staff from his back. He then spun it around with very fast paste, deflecting all the bullets.

"Dead end" Travis voice echoed as he finally caught up with Rishi in the maintenance room. "You've caused enough trouble, now you should know your place."

"I think you should know yours" replied Rishi as he brought out his Runian sword.

"I see you managed to make the Swordsmaster build you a weapon." said Travis, impressed. "But I doubt you know how to use that thing properly." With that, he took off his robes and also pulled out a long protruding sword of his own. He then held it in a defensive manner cautiously walking around the room. Rishi charged furiously at Travis, his sword colliding against his, making a loud echo. The battle had begun

"This is really tiring you know" stated Pickle in a tired manner, trying not to get hit by a bullet. "Yellow you got an idea?"

"No, not really" answered back the lazy stücke von scheiße.

"That's not good enough. And even worse, we have to try not to kill Ollie and Shaun, which makes this a hundred times harder. Not to mention that David is not replying to our calls."

"That is a fairly good point. Meh, I let you deal with this."

"You are actually pathetic though."

Another violent blast had hit the table, causing the two to fly across the room.

"Sorry, that was me." apologised Ollie in a somewhat sarcastic tone.
