The story begins with Shinta and Anissa in the middle of the vast ocean. They are two loyal crew members who accompany Rocks D Xebec on their adventures. After Rocks was disbanded, they along with several other crew members disappeared without a trace. News of their whereabouts became confusing among sailors and pirates.

Among the 12 crew members of the ship, eight of them decided to create their own names as famous pirates in the next era. One of them is the Golden Lion Shiki, who has power over the Floating Fruit which allows him to float an island. Meanwhile, Kaido, who is the youngest crew member on the Rocks ship, gets the Mythical Zoan Fruit in the form of a blue Dragon-type Fish Fruit.

Meanwhile, Shinta and Anissa, despite living in uncertainty, remain together and decide to join the Black Pearl ship led by Captain Darman Sanjaya Saputra Noto wongso. The two of them never lose hope of finding traces of their missing friends.

The story of their adventures takes them to various corners of the Eternal Ocean, facing various obstacles and dangers. They met various creatures and different races, and the most interesting thing was when they met a Nephelim Race named Linlin.
