Lu Zheng was surprised by An Yin's words: "Speak with me?"

An Yin seemed to share in Lu Zheng's surprise but his mouth did not hesitate to speak: "Since you were the one who gained the time path true inheritance and now have control over Reverend Divine Prime Jade's aperture fragment, it is only natural for you the Palace King to summon you. Also, it seems he is interested in the inheritance ground"

Lu Zheng nodded as he made an inaudible 'oh' sound with his mouth. On the other hand, Cangxiang Ziwu was stunned by what had left An Yin's lips.

"Reverend Divine Prime Jade's aperture fragment? Time path true inheritance? Inheritance ground? What are you two talking about?"

 Lu Zheng smiled as he tilted his head at Cangxiang Ziwu: "It seems your brother and Yu Er Dan have a lot to tell you. Well, I must leave now. Senior An Yin, please lead the way"

"Hmm" An Yin nodded as he waved at Cangxiang Ziwu. The female was too dumbfounded to respond and by the time she came to, both men had already left the refinement hall.

Lu Zheng stood at the bottom of East Extremity Mountain. The mountain was a named mountain [1] and was incredibly large. From the topography, Lu Zheng knew it was very unlikely for the mountain to have formed naturally.

Even so, with the way it extended into the skies like a grand giant, Lu Zheng knew only an Extent realm expert could have created such a sight.

Lu Zheng marvelled at the strength of the Extent realm experts.

~To create such a grand landscape with merely one's Essence, truly splendid. Yet, there are seven more of this~

An Yin also shared in Lu Zheng's mesmerisation but he did not show it. He did not wish to appear like a greenhorn, especially now that the man now referred to him as 'senior'.

"Let us not dawdle, the Palace King is at the mountain peak" An Yin said coolly as he made to ascend the long flight of stairs that lined the side of the mountain.

Lu Zheng nodded as he walked after An Yin. The Palace King was an Extent realm expert and to control such a grand force like Eight Extremities Palace despite the combined suppression of the four clans, his battle strength would be awe-inspiring.

Making such a character wait would only spell doom for any one of them.

The trek along the flight of stairs was very long and normal people would have crashed to the ground to rest many times. Yet, the two men did not even slow down at all.

In fact, it seemed as if their speeds were still increasing.

After a few minutes, they made it to the peak of East Extremity Mountain and stood before the small gate that An Yin once stood before when he was with Bu Yuan.

This time, there was no need to knock. The gate was wide open as were the hall doors.

"This place is truly splendid" Lu Zheng marvelled internally as he walked into the hall with An Yin. From the outside, it was obvious that Eight Extremities Palace did not hold back at all when building the hall.

Even so, the inside was far more glamorous than the outside.

An Yin took off his shoes as his socks were reflected by the shiny marble floor of the hall. Lu Zheng did not hesitate to copy the man.

Although Lu Zheng was amazed by the beauty of the place, he did not show it. He knew that if he showed himself to be captivated by the hall, he would lose ground if they were to negotiate.

During negotiations in the righteous path, the first impression was key.

Lu Zheng saw two men sitting at the centre of the hall by a small table. A kettle made of fine clay was used to serve tea to four cups. It was obvious who these two men were.

"Lord East Extremity, Palace King" An Yin paid his courtesies as he bowed deeply.

Lu Zheng said the same words and cupped his fists. His gaze roamed around the place has he regarded the two men.
