Transcendence System

Zedric, Skydon, and Frizle is having a conversation while eating in the school cafeteria of Azure Sky Academy.

Ever since Frizle was young, she had been a head-turner. The attention didn't make her a narcissist or arrogant, but instead shaped her self-confidence.

At first, Zedric was wondering why did the school belle of the Azure Sky Academy sat in their table. He only realized a few moments later that it was because there are no other seats available aside from their table's. 

He's feeling a bit awkward to continue the conversation. Afterall, she's one year more senior than the two of them. Also, she's got the attention of the crowd wherever she goes, while Zedric and Skydon has been used to the quietness of privacy.

Now that she's on their table, the attention of the whole cafeteria is on them.

"Why did the school belle sat with those two nerds?"

"Exactly! They're too lucky to breath the same air as our goddess."

"They must've been a hero in their past life to have such good fortune coming to their table."

Although Zedric and Skydon are school nerds, they're not stupid. Since they're feeling the flame from being in the same table as Frizle, they decided to speed up their eating process.

As experienced nerds, they knew too well how to avoid trouble way before they escalate out of control 

Unfortunately, most of the time, misfortune never come alone.

*tap* *tap* *tap*

Footsteps once again reverberated accross the cafeteria. The footsteps slowly quieted down the aggrieved voices of envious bystanders.

"Would you mind if I sit here?"

A husky voice said in a charming tone.

"..."

"..."

Zedric and Skydon looked at the newcomer. Six foot tall, green eyes, carrying a tray of food, and he has this flirty flair looming around his presence.

They both glanced at Frizle, as if seeking her aproval.

She lifted her focus from eating into looking at the new guy.

"You can sit there."

Now the four of them proceeded to eat in silence.

The newcomer is known to be the school cassanova, Lucas Gray. Him, sitting together with the school belle and two nerds made quite a strange situation.

The awkward silence made the tension of the atmosphere quite heavier than ever.

While the scene in the cafeteria is going stranger and stranger, something else is happening outside the Azure Sky Academy. 

A VIP is on his way towards Azure Sky Academy to make a special lecture. 

The mana-powered limousine is speeding its way to the entrance of Azure Sky Academy. 

"Young Master, we have arrived on the Academy. Would you like for me to inform the Headmaster so that he'd come and greet us?" 

"No need for that. We already talked over the phone earlier, just take me straight to the venue. It should be at the Conference Hall, and we have to get there before students would see us." 

"Understood, Young Master."

The limousine drove past the academy buildings and arrived at the Conference Hall. 

The door of the limousine opened and the Young Master came out. His black hair was perfectly combed, his suit and tie in neat proportions, and his black shoes were shinier than the limousine. 

As he looked at the Conference Hall ahead, his expression remained calm and collected. He walked forward as his bodyguard followed him. 

Inside the Conference Hall, the school faculty staff were busy arranging the equipments needed for the lecture. 

As the VIP arrived, he saw the scene of the busy faculty staff. One of them happen to notice the newly arrived person and his expression changed. 

"Mr. Drake, you have arrived!" As if to alarm the other faculty staff members, he spoke in a loud voice. 

All the faculty staff froze and turned their gaze to the newly arrived guest. 

"Greetings, Mr Drake."

"Welcome to Azure Sky Academy Mr. Drake."
