After the 15 minutes break, Zedric's next class is the course Magical Art and Cultivation Technique.

This is the subject where Zedric learned the Blue Psyche Magical Art. The Blue Psyche Magical Art is a Magical Art that trains the Psyche and Mental Capabilities. It enhances the mind, improves the spirit, and unlocks mental abilities including Eidetic Memory, and Optimized Mana Utilization.

The teacher for this course is a bespectacled middle-aged man. He looked like a tough guy yet at the same time workaholic. His name is Mr. Xavier Kadiev.

"Today, we will be talking about the risks and hazard of the Blue Psyche Magical Art."

Mr. Xavier fixed his spectacles as he spoke calmly.

"The Blue Psyche Magical Art is a type of meditation technique under the category of Magical Arts."

"It consists of a visualization technique manifested by a series of changing/dynamic magic circles, powered by mana, and thus results in the overall improvement of the Psyche. It also strengthens the spirit, and purifies the mana that the cultivator can utilize."

"It is composed of three levels - Level One: Optimized Mana Utilization, Level Two: Eidetic Memory, and Level Three: Mind Fortification."

"Each level of the Blue Psyche Magical Art constantly enhances the spirit and increases the mana pool (the amount of mana that is stored in the spirit). The spirit is the container of mana and therefore strengthening the spirit will improve the quality and quantity of mana that a cultivator has."

Mr. Xavier explained in a scholarly tone while magical symbols are flying around him, as though presenting a PowerPoint presentation through a projector.

"While cultivating the Blue Psyche Magical Art, there are risk factors that must be paid attention to."

"Firstly, Mana Overdraft. If you try cultivating the Blue Psyche Magical Art while you're low on mana, it will lead to Mana Overdraft and may end up damaging your spirit. Therefore, always make sure that you have enough mana when you are cultivating the Blue Psyche Magical Art."

"Secondly, Mana Overload. This happens when you are using external materials to aid your cultivation. For instance, using mana crystals while cultivating may help speed up the cultivation process but using too much would likely result to an overflowing amount of mana and it will take its toll on your spirit. The worst case scenario would be the collapse of the spirit due to Mana Overload resulting in death."

"Lastly, Interference. While cultivating the Blue Psyche Magical Art, any sort of external interference is fatal. It may result to either the collapse of the spirit or worse case scenario, death."

Mr. Xavier fixed his spectacles again as he continued speaking.

"You must all keep these risk factors in mind all the time so that you will not end up getting yourself hurt while cultivating."

"That's it for today's class. Class dismissed."

Mr. Xavier then left the classroom.

Soon, the students dispersed and Zedric, together with Skydon, went together to the school cafeteria to have their lunch.

The school cafeteria is free of charge because the school tuition fee covers the food expenses already.

As Zedric and Skydon is eating and having conversation about the latest animation series on Redtube, a girl with waist-length brunette hair, wearing school uniform and hair tied up in ponytail walked to their table.

She's carrying her tray of food and the footsteps of her black-colored shoes reverberated accross the school cafeteria. The hubhub and voices of conversations and sound of utensils slowly faded into silence. She has this aura of fierceness and grace woven into a fine art of a persona.

"Would you mind if I join you?"

Her pink lips curled up into a faint smile as she gently asked.

Skydon looked at her and his eyes turned into heart emoticons.

"Sure." Zedric smiled and gestured with his left hand for her to take her seat.

She placed the tray on the table and took her seat.

"I'm Frizle Niche, from Senior High Year 2"

"I'm Zedric, from Senior High Year 1"

"I'm Skydon, from the same class as Zedric."

Zedric wondered about why did she chose to sit in their table, but when he looked around, he realized. There were no other chairs available, aside from the empty seat beside them.

They proceeded to eat in silence.
