In the morning, sunlight shone into the room through the windows. Norton opened his eyes, looked around in a daze, then noticed the softness of his arms. He looked down and saw the silver-haired beauty lying in his arms like a sleeping beauty. As if noticing Norton's gaze, Felicia moved her eyelids, opened her eyes slowly, and soon realized where she was. She closed her eyes again, rubbed Norton's chest with pleasure, and inhaled his comforting scent.

"Felicia, I know you're awake."

Felicia leaned forward, the distance between their faces only a few centimeters. She hugged Norton's neck and pressed her cheek against his, looking very intimate. "Good morning, dear." Felicia kissed Norton lightly on the mouth, still exuding her charm. "Do you want to do morning exercises?"

"What?"

Norton was suddenly at a loss dealing with her. Throughout the morning, he stroked Felicia's pretty face. Felicia was as cute as a cat, squinting her eyes and enjoying the stroking beside her face. "I don't know how to face you, Felicia."

Felicia seemed to have anticipated Norton's words for a long time. She smiled, tapped Norton's chin with her finger, and said softly, "I know in what capacity I intervene in your emotional life, so I don't care about those titles. Just knowing that I love you and you love me is enough."

From the beginning, she thought so. In fact, Felicia remembered that she and Norton's connection went back to her junior high school year. On that day, she had quarreled with her father and ran away from home, only to almost fall into the hands of a trafficker.

"It's really beautiful, and it will definitely sell for a good price."

But she was very lucky to meet the one she loves. The boy named Norton came in front of the trafficker, raised his fist, and punched the trafficker's damned face a few times.

"If I see you traffickers again in the future, I'll strike again!"

The trafficker fled but was later caught by the law. Norton came to her, stretched out what she thought was the warmest hand, and said to her in the most gentle voice, "Little Angel, I will take you home."

It was raining and dark that day, and Norton could only vaguely see Felicia's white hair, so he nicknamed her Little Angel. Ever since her father died in her first year of college, Norton was the only person she cared about and the only person on her mind. But Norton didn't know about all this; maybe he had forgotten it, and Felicia didn't plan to say it. She thought it was fine now, at least she was in his arms.

Norton was silent. He stroked Felicia's smooth and flawless back lightly and said after a long time, "I don't know why I deserve what you do, but I won't let you down, I promise."

"It doesn't matter, Norton, it really doesn't matter, as long as you know that I love you." Felicia buried herself in Norton's arms; she would never forget that day or today.

"...I know, I love you too, Felicia," Norton thought, hoping that the punches Gwen had thrown at Felicia's face had not been too hard.

"Okay, it's time to get up." Norton gently patted Felicia's back to encourage her to rise.

"Hold me up," Felicia said with a smile.

"Don't push yourself too far," Norton replied, but he still picked her up like a princess.

In the bathroom, Felicia was taking a shower while Norton brushed his teeth. Suddenly, the sound of the shower stopped, and Felicia's head appeared through the door. She smiled and said to Norton, "Norton, why don't we go together? We can save a lot of water."

You think I don't know what you're thinking? Norton rolled his eyes and said, "Come out quickly after washing, don't catch a cold..." before Felicia pulled him into the bathroom.

He didn't expect to enter that bathroom twice in two days, once actively and once passively. "It's still early in the morning, my boy~"

Norton decided that short-term pain is better than long-term pain, so he told everything to Gwen when she came to his house. Felicia also pulled Gwen aside and whispered to her, and surprisingly, Gwen agreed to their relationship.

Although she didn't look pleased, Norton was relieved he didn't get punched or slapped. So, the three of them sat on the sofa watching TV, planning to spend the long morning like this. The atmosphere was inevitably awkward, and Felicia, ever shrewd, rolled her eyes, hugged Norton's arm, and leaned her head on his shoulder.

"Hmph," Gwen turned her head, pouted softly, then embraced Norton's other arm. Norton dared not move, feeling like he was watching an idol soap opera on TV but living out a real-life palace drama of open and secret battles.
