Chapter 40: Brawl

"Norton!" Gwen rushed to Norton's side to help him up.

"Ugh..." Norton shook his dizzy head. Although he wasn't seriously hurt, he still felt shaken. It was as if his head had been thrown into a washing machine.

"Are you okay?" she asked.

"I'm fine, just a little dizzy." After reassuring Gwen, Norton turned his gaze to the menacing villains approaching them.

The group included the Scorpions of the Otherworld, a female Doctor Octopus, Hammerhead and Tombstone, Kraven the Hunter, Thriller, Vulture, and Prowler, Miles' uncle.

"There are so many of them here. I must have scared Jin Bing enough to make him invite more supervillains." Norton thought back to the day he became a kabuto, which likely made Jin Bing cautious.

Everyone's eyes were on the heavy-duty key hanging from Peter's neck. The female Doctor Octopus focused intently, manipulating her tentacles to grab the key.

"Give me that gadget!" she demanded.

Peter quickly dodged and jumped into the sky, but her other two tentacles pinned him to the ground, causing the key to fall. 

"Relay, guys," he shouted.

Gwen shot a cobweb, pulling the key towards her. The villains, finding their target, rushed in her direction.

"If you want to touch her, you'll have to go through me first!" Norton stepped in front of Gwen and took out Faiz's phone.

"Standby!"

"Hen Shin!"

"Complete!"

"Ah!" Hunter Kraven charged at Norton with an axe. He swung it down, aiming at Norton.

"Bang!" Norton blocked the axe with his arm, then pulled Kraven closer and punched him.

Just as his fist neared Kraven's face, Thriller hammered the ground, sending a massive shockwave at them. Both were knocked back by the attack.

Meanwhile, Penny used her spider robot to confront Hammerhead and Tombstone. Her attacks couldn't damage their tough physiques, but she managed to force them back.

On another front, Miles' uncle, Prowler, proved to be the most agile among the villains. He was fighting Shadow Spider-man and Spider-Ham alone. 

The Shadow Spider-man and Prowler were evenly matched in combat skills. With Spider-Ham's interference, Prowler began to struggle.

"I got it!" Vulture, with help from Scorpion, snatched the reload key from Gwen. But Peter suddenly pulled Vulture with a cobweb, dazing him with a punch, and reclaimed the key. 

"Don't bully my mother!" Rosa yelled, grabbing Scorpion's mechanical leg and smashing him to the ground, much like Hulk did to Loki.

"Ah..." Scorpion lay in a pothole, unable to move, his body trembling.

"That's my daughter," Gwen said proudly, patting Rosa's little head.

"You two, this is not the time for a family gathering!" Peter's voice cut through their moment. He was pinned to the ground, neck clamped by the female Doctor Octopus, clearly in pain.

Gwen and Rosa charged at the female Doctor Octopus, and the three women clashed fiercely.

"Huhu~" After the catastrophe, Peter hurriedly took a breath of fresh air, almost out of breath after being pinched just now. He then looked at Miles, who was watching the battle, and threw the heavy-duty key in his hand to him: "Miles, take it and run!" 

Miles quickly picked up the heavy-duty key and ran to the other side. The Prowler's eyes were fixed, and he threw away Shadow Spider-man and Spider-Ham directly to chase Miles. "Wait!" Shadow Spider-man and the others were about to stop them, but were stopped by Vulture falling from the sky. 

Scorpion, who stood up slowly, shook his head, looked at Hunter Kraven and Norton, who were dealing with terror, and swung his tail directly to fight there. Norton felt something and flipped backward, and the scorpion's tail sent Kraven the hunter flying. 

"Ah!!" Thriller adjusted the shock intensity to level three, then rushed towards Norton, launching Shockwave at such a close distance. "Boom!" Norton was directly blasted by the Shockwave and crashed into a house. "I let you release the water since you are so ruthless." Norton stood up and patted the dust off his body, suddenly finding the little boy in the house looking at him with a bewildered expression. The little boy thought that such a big commotion was due to the renovation next door. 

"Uh..." Norton glanced at the big hole he had smashed into and said, "Find a guy named Thriller and reimburse him." After speaking, Norton rushed out, put the Faiz camera on his hand, and saw Hunter Kraven rushing towards him with an ax in hand. "Just in time!" Ready "ready to complete"! ! Exceed! Charge "Energy Loading"! ! Norton dodged to the side to avoid Hunter Kraven's slash. He seized the opportunity to punch the Faiz camera on Hunter Kraven's waist. 

Punching! Unit "Huge Shock"! ! The hunter Kraven flew upside down nearly ten meters away. Norton took advantage of the victory to pursue, the command memory on the Faiz camera disappeared instantly, and appeared on the Faiz cursor under Norton's right foot. Exceed! Charge "Energy Loading"! ! Norton jumped up and kicked the hunter Kraven, who was trembling on the ground. Crimson! Smash "Crimson Diamond Attack"! ! Huge amounts of Crimson Electric Drill directly crashed into Hunter Kraven's body. "Ah!!" The hunter Kraven's flesh and blood couldn't bear it, and he died in the desert in an instant.

Jin Bin witnessed the tragic situation of Hunter Kraven and directly pressed the earphones next to his ears, ordering the villains: "Let's retreat!" 

The villains didn't stay any longer and ran away without any hesitation, and Spider-Man didn't plan to chase them anymore. What they wanted was to make sure the reload key was still there.
