Chapter 8: 8
"Have you seen yourself in the mirror?" Gedeon twinkled.
"You're just a vamp's dream! Small and defenseless, with such
an innocent look, like a child. It turns him on..."
"I'm not small at all, these are syrinxes - giants. Am I really
that attracted to them? I'm a guy, not a girl!"
"Gender doesn't matter to him! If you turn him on, he will
seek your attention. Ignore him! We'll get to the tower now
and we'll be safe."
Denris breathed a sigh of relief as they neared the
entrance to Ellamyria's gigantic tower. A massive door with
large crystals opened after the royal's hand touched it. They
jumped inside and Gedeon immediately locked it by magic.
She came out to them in the hall in an airy multi-layered
dress, gracefully shaking her large white wings.
"Denris, my dear, how beautiful you are! I'm worried that
the vamps will kidnap you one day. Stay with me, it's safer
that way."
Ellamyria waved her hands, and many colored ribbons
wrapped around the prince's body and pulled him to her. A
moment later, the tapes disappeared, revealing a naked
Denris. He could not get used to such unceremonious
treatment and continued to be embarrassed by his nudity in
front of her husband, who sat down next to him in a wide
armchair and meticulously scrutinized him with a languid
blue-eyed gaze.
"Of course, let him live with us," agreed Gedeon, not taking
his eyes off him. "Then you don't need to guard him all the
time! Your ancient offspring Liorif followed us as we made
our way here on foot. Why did he suddenly decide to make a
pass at Den? Those perverts are so annoying… There is no rest
for them."
"Don't pick on my beloved son. There are few like him left,
my direct descendants almost all died in the war." The Queen
busily paced around Denris, peering into his body.
She carefully put a floor-length lilac velvet tunic on him
and kissed him on the lips.
"You are perfection, my dear. I have nothing to add to your
appearance."
She sat him next to her on a cozy sofa and began to gently
stroke his body and hair, immersed in her thoughts, and he
froze in bewilderment, not understanding why the Queen did
not drag him to bed.
"Are we waiting for someone?" Denris asked nervously,
looking back at Gedeon.
He shrugged, and Ellamyria burst into laughter:
"Yes, someone is coming."
Soon, to his horror, the same vampire from street entered
the hall in a tight-fitting blue overalls with white stripes along
the body and arms and bowed respectfully to his mother. His
eyes blazed bright yellow as he glanced at the taken aback
favorite lurking under the Queen's wing.
"You can only talk to him, that's all," Ellamyria said
sternly. "And no charms!"
A tall, slender blond with shoulder-length straight hair
approached and glared at him with burning eyes, as if
enjoying a pleasant sight.
"I am very glad to see you, Your Radiance, so close," Liorif
murmured contentedly and sat down on the floor in front of
him. "Don't be afraid of me, I won't do anything to you."
Denris did his best not to look at the vampire, who was
inflamed with an incomprehensible passion for him, and
remained silent, trying to understand why he was sitting in
front of him, staring.
His intentions were too obvious: to get close to the prince
in every way, and this assumption ruined Denris's mood
completely. He did not want to be in the arms of this hefty
ancient magician at all, and he huddled into a ball, wrapped
his arms around his knees, and Liorif seemed to breathe in an
elusive aroma and was thrilled by the presence of the prince.
"Yeah, you won't be able to understand what I feel when
I'm around you, Denris. I've been wanting to confess my love
to you for a long time, but it's so hard to get a date, Your
Highness."
Denris's eyes widened at the directness of what he heard,
and he turned to Gedeon for moral support, noticing the
barely contained fury on his face, and even more cringed from
unpleasant emotions and suspicions.
The vampire no longer concealed his intentions, and he
was determined.
No one expected that the Queen would allow her son to
enter her chambers and get on the nerves of her favorite and
husband.
"Well, that's enough! I'm sick of looking at this!" Gedeon
was indignant, getting up from his chair. "Get out of here! How
much you harassed me, now you clung to him. Isn't it clear?
He is straight and will not love you back."
Liorif threw him an annoyed look and grinned:
"What kind of concept is "straight"? The Prince must
inspire us..."
This point of view made Denris's heart clench in his chest:
is it really considered the norm for them to have intimate
relationships between men, and he will have to obey? The
prospect of being under such a giant was not at all pleasing.
Liorif continued to look at Denris with undisguised lust,
his citrine eyes flashing.
"Damn it!" Gedeon cursed and flopped into a chair. "How
did you get it with your indefatigable desires! Insolently
pestering the Radiances, although you are forbidden."
Liorif mockingly replied:
"You can be angry, but that won't stop me. Everything is
allowed to the Duke. And if not for your wonderful
superpowers, you have long been mine."
"How did you get me, Liorif! I have long expressed myself
clearly: this will not happen!"
"Don't argue with my son, Gedeon," Ellamyria interjected.
"You really shouldn't say no to those who are in love with you.
My direct descendants have an inalienable right to demand
attention from Lamori. After all, you are gifted with a
magnificent body and amazing vibes, which we all need so
much. Anyone who looks at you is unable to fight lust. So in
vain you treat my sons badly. That's why I let Liorif be here
next to the foreign prince if you don't accept him."
"So it's my fault that I don't want to be his bedding? I
understand that our society with such mores cannot be
changed," Gedeon blurted out. "Only here the Radiances have
a normal orientation and there is no need to impose their
intimate habits on them."
Liorif chuckled mockingly.
"You are so wrong! Some of the newcomers for the sake of
magic immediately agreed to intimacy with me. Delightful
fellow ... We are now dating, and he does not complain."
"Who is it with?" Denris asked anxiously.
"Oh, I finally heard your voice," Liorif did not hide his joy,
moving even closer to the prince.
"Do not you dare touch me!" Denris blurted out
menacingly, and recoiled from him.
"Ow! Do not be angry! Your friend quickly got used to my
caresses."
"Who are you speaking about?" Denris asked irritably. "Is
this Yukhair?"
"Ha-ha! Nah… I'll still get to him," Liorif laughed, sparkling
with citrine eyes. "He's too popular with the princesses to get
through to him."
