Voldemort is back! Voldemort is captured! Voldemort was turned into a cat and put in a cage.

These shocking news spread quickly from Hogwarts to the British wizarding world and slowly across the European magical community, as the Triwizard Tournament was being held at the time.

After Dumbledore left the scene, Moody, McGonagall, and Sirius worked together to subdue the Death Eaters impersonating Goyle and Gibbon. 

The two Death Eaters present at Voldemort's resurrection were also captured, alongside Barty Crouch Jr. 

With so many Death Eaters dead or detained, the remaining sympathizers—particularly the purebloods who had supported them—were now too terrified to show any allegiance. 

Many even scrambled to distance themselves from their dark pasts.

Cornelius Fudge, upon hearing Dumbledore announce Voldemort's capture at the Triwizard Tournament venue, erupted in anger. 

He accused Dumbledore of orchestrating a power grab, believing the Headmaster was trying to undermine his authority and win public trust and prestige. In Fudge's eyes, Dumbledore had ruined everything.

Dumbledore, however, was unbothered by Fudge's tantrum. He had already begun visiting his allies in the Wizengamot, ensuring that Fudge's resignation was inevitable—a foregone conclusion.

Meanwhile, Dumbledore looked at the thin black cat locked in the cage, a result of Voldemort's forced transformation, and felt a twinge of pity. But only a twinge.

The Transformation Technique applied to Voldemort wasn't ordinary magic; it carried a curse. Dumbledore estimated that if someone managed to rescue Voldemort within the next ten years, the transformation could potentially be reversed. 

However, the longer Voldemort remained in this state, the more the curse would seep into his blood, rendering the spell irreversible. This form of black magic was reminiscent of a blood curse, yet it was distinct—something even Dumbledore struggled to fully decipher.

It was clear to him that Professor pent, the creator of the spell, had surpassed him in the realm of dark magic.

The impact of Voldemort's downfall reverberated throughout the British wizarding world. Even the Triwizard Tournament, an event meant to foster international unity, was overshadowed by these events. 

Students from Durmstrang and Beauxbatons would undoubtedly spread the news when they returned to their countries.

For Kain, however, this chaos barely registered.

After returning to Hogwarts, Kain accompanied Dumbledore to the Wizengamot twice, where the Ministry of Magic and prominent wizards gathered to address Voldemort's capture. 

To confirm his identity, they used Kain's Transformation Technique on Voldemort. The once-feared Dark Lord, powerless and without a wand, could only hiss helplessly from his cage.

When Kain reverted Voldemort into his black cat form in front of the Wizengamot, a few wizards expressed doubts and criticized the act. 

But Kain ignored their complaints. These same people, who had been powerless against Voldemort, now dared to question him—a blatant display of hypocrisy.

In response, Kain unleashed a surge of his magical power, drawing upon the vortex of magic within him. 

The oppressive force filled the room, causing every wizard present—except Dumbledore—to experience chest tightness, shortness of breath, and a suffocating sense of dread.

The display lasted only a few seconds before Kain reined in his power, but it was enough to leave a lasting impression. The Ministry official who had questioned him turned pale and gasped for air, clearly shaken.

It was then that everyone truly understood: Kain was the wizard who had defeated the Dark Lord.

If nothing else, Kain's power guaranteed him the title of Britain's most powerful wizard. Whether he chose to become a Dark Lord or a champion of light, however, was entirely up to him. 

For now, no one in the Ministry of Magic dared to challenge him again.

After returning from the Wizengamot, Kain decided to remain at Hogwarts. 

The outside world had become too noisy—his home in Diagon Alley was swarmed daily by wizards and reporters hoping to catch a glimpse of him or secure an interview.

Dumbledore was busy managing the Ministry of Magic, while Guy handled Kain's business affairs.

 Seizing the opportunity with remarkable foresight, Guy rebranded Kain's potion material store as "Potion Material Store Recommended by Kain pent" and began an aggressive expansion across the European magical community.

 This bold strategy effectively "killed" all other competitors selling potion materials.

In the future, the European wizarding world would know only one name for potion supplies: Potion Material Store Recommended by Kain pent.

Back at Hogwarts, Harry, as the sole witness to Voldemort's defeat, was swarmed daily by people eager to hear what had happened. 

Harry, never one to shy away from attention, was more than happy to recount the dramatic events: Voldemort's resurrection, Professor Pent's intervention, his use of magic to annihilate more than a dozen Death Eaters, and finally how Voldemort was turned into a frail, sickly black cat without so much as a speck of dust on Kain's robes.

Harry had even taken a photograph of the transformed Voldemort, which was now featured in every magical newspaper across Europe. 

In Kain's absence, Harry became the main source of information about the event. While most students were eager to hear the story over and over, some in Slytherin were less enthusiastic.

For Slytherin House, the year had been particularly rough. First, the fiasco at the Quidditch World Cup, and now the Triwizard Tournament revealed that Goyle and Laboon had been disguised Death Eaters. 

Although these events had little to do with the broader pureblood community, even half-blood Slytherins were feeling the backlash.

If not for Snape's efforts to calm them, it was likely that more than half the Slytherin students would have stopped attending classes altogether. 

In fact, a few students were withdrawn from Hogwarts entirely. The school did not interfere, as those families were deeply tied to the recent events and might not want their children to continue studying there.

Kain, meanwhile, was already planning his next move. Once the semester ended, he intended to return to the Marvel world. 

With Voldemort neutralized, Dumbledore uninjured, and his reputation as the most powerful wizard in Britain firmly established, Kain felt confident that his business and loved ones would remain safe in his absence.
