Naruto: Destroy the Sarutobi Clan At the Beginning

Chapter 125: Chapter 127

Seeing Sasuke writhing in pain, Sakura desperately hugged him, her voice trembling as she cried out, "Naruto, Sasuke is in so much pain! Come save Sasuke, Naruto!"

Unfortunately, Naruto, already unconscious from Orochimaru's Five Elements Seal, couldn't hear her pleas.

Finally, Sakura stopped sobbing, her voice faltering. "What… what should I do?"

Watching the scene unfold, Pakura's eyes narrowed in disgust as her gaze lingered on Sakura. She turned to Kirito and said, "Master Kirito, I think I finally understand why you dislike this girl."

Kirito raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh? Why do you think that?"

Pakura replied with a serious tone, "When nothing is happening, she constantly berates that boy Naruto while obsessing over Sasuke. But when things go wrong, she immediately turns to Naruto for help, completely ignoring his struggles. Both of them fought to protect her, yet all she cares about is this Sasuke boy. I feel bad for that kid, Naruto."

Kirito nodded in approval, a faint smile on his face. "That's an astute observation. But this is none of our concern. Let's move on to the central tower."

With that, Kirito leaped off the tree trunk and disappeared into the forest. Pakura followed close behind, leaving Itachi. He glanced at Sasuke, writhing on the ground in agony, and after a moment's hesitation, created a shadow clone to watch over him from a distance.

As they traveled toward the central tower, Kirito suddenly changed direction.

Pakura noticed and asked, "Master Kirito, aren't we heading to the tower?"

"No rush," Kirito replied smoothly. "We also have a mission to gather intelligence on the Jinchūriki. One-Tails is nearby. It's a good opportunity to observe him."

Pakura nodded, trusting Kirito's words, though unaware of his true motive—to check on Hinata.

The three soon arrived at the scene where Gaara had just displayed his fearsome abilities, slaughtering a group of minor Rain Ninjas. Hidden nearby, Hinata, Kiba, Shino, and Akamaru trembled as they watched in fear.

Pakura, observing the massacre below, asked, "Master Kirito, these Rain Ninja are from our 'village.' Should we intervene?"

Kirito glanced at her, amused. "Do you want to save them?"

Pakura hesitated before nodding. "If it doesn't interfere with our mission… I believe Lady Konan would want them spared."

Kirito chuckled. "Very well. Let's save them. Our cover will be blown eventually, anyway."

Just as Gaara clenched his fist to execute his Sand Coffin technique, intending to crush the helpless Rain Ninja, Kirito appeared in an instant, grabbing Gaara's wrist mid-air.

Gaara's sand froze in place, unable to move under Kirito's control. The Rain Ninja, freed from the sand's grasp, collapsed to the ground, trembling and gasping for air.

"When did he—?" Temari and Kankuro were stunned. This was the first time they had seen someone touch Gaara without being instantly attacked.

Gaara, unfazed but curious, looked at Kirito with cold eyes. "Who are you?"

"Just an ordinary Genin," Kirito replied nonchalantly, his calm demeanor infuriating Gaara.

"Do you want to save them?" Gaara asked, his voice laced with menace.

"Not me, but someone else does," Kirito said, glancing back at Pakura. "How about we make a deal, panda-eyes? I'll let you keep their scroll, and in return, you let them go."

Gaara's face darkened, his expression unreadable. In response, he controlled his sand to attack Kirito.

Kirito released Gaara's wrist and effortlessly dodged the attack. A smirk tugged at his lips. "That's your answer? Very well."

Gaara's eyes gleamed with bloodlust as he directed his sand to envelop Kirito. The sand wrapped around him completely, forming a dense cocoon.

Temari and Kankuro, watching from the sidelines, sighed in relief. "Gaara's sand never fails," Kankuro muttered.

Hidden in the bushes, Team 8 observed the scene with growing dread. Akamaru whimpered in Kiba's arms, and Kiba translated nervously, "Akamaru says that guy in the bandages is more dangerous than the sand guy."

Hinata glanced at Kirito, her lavender eyes filled with worry and confusion. Shino adjusted his glasses, his voice grave. "Let's wait and see. Something feels… off."

Gaara clenched his fist, activating Sand Burial, expecting the usual sickening crunch of bones. However, nothing happened.

Instead, Kirito's calm voice echoed from within the sand cocoon. "Is this your ninjutsu? Interesting."

A massive surge of chakra burst from Kirito, scattering the sand in all directions. When the dust settled, Kirito stood there, completely unharmed, as if nothing had happened.

"How… how is that possible?" Kankuro stammered, his voice trembling. "Gaara's sand can't be dispersed like that!"

"How about it, panda-eyes?" Kirito said, his voice calm but firm. "My offer still stands. You let them go, and I'll let you keep the scroll. If you insist on fighting, someone might not leave this forest alive."

Gaara's expression darkened further, his frustration evident. Temari, sensing the growing tension, stepped forward cautiously. "Gaara… let's take the deal. We don't need unnecessary risks."

After a moment of silence, Gaara relented, though his eyes never left Kirito. The look of pure hatred in his gaze was unmistakable—Kirito had just earned a spot at the top of his kill list.

Kirito ignored Gaara's glare and turned to the trembling Rain Ninja behind him. Without a word, they handed over their scroll to Kirito, who tossed it to Gaara.
