Naruto: The Lust God

Chapter 3: Chapter 3: Obito's Jealousy

Yuichi's eyes widened in shock. Wait, what?! LP? Like in The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter?

The realization jolted him back to his senses. His face burning, Yuichi immediately pulled away, scrambling to create distance between himself and Rin.

"I-I'm so sorry!" he stammered, his voice cracking. "It was an accident, I swear!"

Rin, still lying on the ground, touched her lips with trembling fingers, her own cheeks glowing crimson.

The entire class was frozen, their heads snapped toward the sight of Yuichi and Rin on the ground. Gasps filled the air, followed quickly by whispers and stifled laughter.

"What are they doing?" someone asked in a hushed voice, unable to look away.

But not everyone's reaction was so subdued.

A furious voice cut through the murmurs like a kunai through paper.

"What the fuck is that bastard doing to Rin?!"

Yuichi turned his head toward the outburst, his heart sinking as he saw none other than Obito Uchiha. Obito's face was a mix of disbelief and rage, his fists clenched so tightly his knuckles turned white.

Yuichi scrambled to his feet, holding his hands up in surrender. "W-wait, it's not what it looks like! It was an accident!"

Rin, still sitting on the ground and redder than a tomato, stammered, "Obito, calm down! It wasn't his fault!"

But Obito wasn't hearing it. His eyes burned with a mix of embarrassment and anger as he pointed an accusatory finger at Yuichi. "You think you can just—just kiss Rin without her consent and get away with it?!"

The other students began to edge back, forming a loose circle around the scene. Excitement and tension buzzed in the air.

"Fight! Fight! Fight!" someone in the crowd whispered, and soon the chant began to ripple through the group.

Yuichi's stomach twisted. Oh, great. First day in the Naruto universe, and I've already made Obito Uchiha an enemy.

Obito took a step forward, his eyes blazing. "You and me, right now!" he declared, pointing to the sparring ring. "You're gonna pay for this, Yuichi!"

"Obito, you're overreacting!" Rin said firmly, stepping in front of Yuichi. "It was just a mistake! He didn't mean to—"

"Move, Rin!" Obito snapped, his voice sharper than ever. "I'm not letting him get away with this!"

Yuichi's hands began to sweat. He wasn't sure what to do. On one hand, he wanted to avoid escalating the situation further. On the other hand, he knew Obito wasn't going to let this go easily.

But Yuichi's initial panic at Obito's challenge quickly began to subside. Sure, Obito looked furious and intimidating, but Yuichi's mind flashed back to the voice he'd heard earlier—the one that rewarded him with LP. If he really had the powers of the Hidden Dungeon's protagonist, then why should he be afraid of someone like Obito?

He took a deep breath, his lips curling into a confident smirk. "This is my chance to test it out."

"Upgrade my mastery of the Konoha Academy Style!" he thought with determination.

The same melodic voice from before rang in his mind, smooth and reassuring:

[200 LP are required to make your mastery of the Konoha Academy Style reach its peak. Would you like to proceed?]

"Yes!" Yuichi thought firmly, his excitement bubbling.

The moment the confirmation rang in his mind, a rush of energy coursed through him. It was unlike anything he had ever felt before. Knowledge poured into his brain like a torrential river, memories of training sessions that he had never experienced appearing vividly. His muscles tingled as if they were being sculpted anew, gaining the reflexes and precision of someone who had practiced the Academy Style a thousand times over.

He could suddenly recall every movement, every counter, every faint detail of the Academy Style like it was second nature. Not just the basics taught to every student, but also the subtleties, the advanced forms, and the countless possibilities for improvisation. His body instinctively adjusted, standing in a perfect combat stance, his balance and posture flawless.

[200 LP have been used.]

[You have now 1050 LP remaining.]

"Incredible," Yuichi thought, clenching his fists. The difference was night and day. He felt like a completely different person—a ninja in control of his skills.

Across the training grounds, Obito's glare intensified. He stomped toward the designated sparring area, cracking his knuckles. "Come on, Yuichi. Let's see if you can still smile after I'm done with you!"

Yuichi stepped forward, his newfound confidence radiating as he met Obito's gaze. "Be careful what you wish for, Obito."

A few of the students gasped at his boldness, and even Rin, still trying to calm the situation, paused and blinked at Yuichi in surprise.

The teacher, observing from the sidelines, sighed but allowed the match to proceed. "Alright, if you two are going to settle this, do it properly. No lethal techniques, and keep it clean."

The crowd of students roared in excitement, quickly forming a loose circle around the sparring area.

As Yuichi raised his fists, a sly grin tugged at his lips. Let's see how far I can push this power.

The tension in the training grounds was electric. Obito wasted no time and, fueled by anger, lunged at Yuichi with a wild punch. His movements were strong but unrefined, driven more by emotion than technique.

Yuichi, standing at the peak of the Konoha Academy Style, saw the attack coming a mile away. He sidestepped effortlessly, his body moving as though it had already rehearsed this moment countless times.

Obito's punch cut through empty air, his momentum carrying him forward as Yuichi pivoted smoothly out of the way.

"Did he just dodge Obito?" one student whispered, their tone incredulous.

"That's Yuichi, right? The guy who can barely land a proper punch in practice?"

"No way that's the same Yuichi! He's moving like a totally different person!"

Obito, undeterred by the miss, spun around to launch a second punch, this time aiming for Yuichi's ribs. But again, Yuichi dodged with ease, stepping back just enough to avoid the blow without losing his stance.

Each attack came in the same pattern—strong, yes, but predictable and lacking polish.

The murmurs among the watching students grew louder.

"Is Obito even trying?"

"No, that's just how he fights. He's strong, but he's sloppy."

"Wait, forget Obito—since when could Yuichi move like that?"

Despite their words, Yuichi couldn't help but admire the raw effort behind Obito's strikes. He's got potential, but right now, he's too reckless. As long as he's using the Konoha Academy Style, he doesn't stand a chance against me.

Obito tried to mix up his strikes, throwing a feint before aiming a roundhouse kick, but Yuichi ducked under it effortlessly.

"Stop dodging and fight me, coward!" Obito shouted, his face red with anger and embarrassment.

Yuichi smirked. "If you insist."

The opportunity came after Obito's tenth attack—a poorly aimed jab that left him slightly off-balance. Seizing the moment, Yuichi counterattacked.

With a swift step forward, Yuichi drove his knee into Obito's stomach, delivering a precise and powerful strike.

"Ugh!" Obito gasped, the air knocked out of him as the force of the blow sent him flying back two meters. He landed on the ground with a thud, clutching his midsection as he struggled to catch his breath.

The crowd erupted into gasps and whispers.

"No way!"

"Yuichi actually hit him!"

"Wait, didn't he just send Obito flying? That's insane!"

"Wasn't Yuichi one of the weakest in our class? What happened to him?"

The teacher, who had been observing quietly, straightened, her usually stern face betraying a flicker of surprise. Her sharp eyes narrowed as she studied Yuichi's movements, clearly analyzing the sudden and drastic change.

This isn't the same boy who struggled with basic taijutsu last week. Where did this refinement and precision come from?

Yuichi stood tall, lowering his leg back into a neutral stance, his expression calm but inwardly buzzing with excitement. I actually did it! Noir Stardia's powers are really as good as I thought!

Obito gritted his teeth, pushing himself up slowly, his glare burning into Yuichi. "You got lucky," he spat, wiping his mouth.

Yuichi chuckled, brushing imaginary dust off his shoulder. "If you say so."

Rin, watching from the sidelines, bit her lip, her eyes darting between the two boys. The look of concern on her face deepened, but there was also an undeniable hint of amazement as her gaze lingered on Yuichi.

It was clear to everyone now—this wasn't the same Yuichi they thought they knew.
